Updated review:
Further to my original review and contact from Dylan Bailey-Knox from Dreams, my divan bed frame is now due to be replaced this coming Saturday, 28 February, free of charge, with the delivery crew disassembling my current base and assembling the new one. Dylan has also refunded the amount that I paid to have my old mattress and bed frame disposed of as a gesture of goodwill. I wasn't expecting this at all, and I am very grateful for the steps that Dylan has taken to resolve the situation. Fingers crossed that it all goes to plan on Saturday 28 February!
Update, 1 March 2026
The divan base has been replaced. Dreams arrived on time, and smoothly and professionally removed the damaged base, and installed the new base, in approximate 12 minutes. Including removing and replacing my mattress. Fantastic customer service, thank you, Dylan Bailey-Knox. Once it's been confirmed that the refunds have arrived, this will be a wrap 👌🏾

I purchased a double bed from this shop, and even after many years it is still in perfect condition and looks brand new. The quality is truly outstanding.
From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and everything was explained to me clearly, especially the prices. I felt respected, valued, and completely satisfied with my purchase.
