Service from staff brilliant. Product knowledge of staff in shop and delivery guys great very good instructions for looking after the mattrass.

Buying the new mattress was easy, with a very knowledgeable salesman.It was delivered exactly on time and the delivery men were very helpful and got it onto the bed, and removed the old mattress for recycling.

We tried the 'Sleepmatch' bed to find our perfect mattress but when we were shown them in the store we realised they were way out of our budget. I admitted this to the sales assistant Naomi and she was absolutely fine with that and then showed us the beds and mattresses on offer that were similar to the more expensive ones. She was great. In the end we got the perfect bed and it came in under budget. Couldn't be happier. Delivery was timely, went without a hitch and the delivery team were great.

Craig at Dreams, Elgin was excellent and helped us find a mattress and base that suited our needs best. The wait time was around 3 months. They expedited it by one month; unfortunately it was a day that we were at work, ended up waiting the full 3 months. The delivery team was great and took great care during moving and assembly.

The whole experience of buying a new bed set was guided by Naomi , who is knowledgeable about the products and extreamly helpful throughout . The bed we bought is fantastic! .

We had wonderful customer service in this store from Craig. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice, allowing us time to make a choice we were very happy with. He took into mind issues my husband was having with back pain, and found us exactly the right mattress.

Right from the minute I entered the store & met Naomi I knew I was in good hands. Naomi was very knowledgeable & professional, didn’t push me in any way but supported my mattress choice with clear info & reasons to why she felt this was a good choice for me. I was kept up to date regarding the progress of delivery & when the 2 delivery drivers came, they were very pleasant & helpful. I am very pleased with my Tempur mattress, pillows, duvet & protector & have recommended these products to my friends & family .
