The purchase of my new mattress was made easy by the member of staff who served me. She identified what type I was looking for and my preferences.
The order was taken, delivery agreed and it worked has I’d been advised. Got confirmation of the day then the evening before delivery hit my 2 hour time slot.
The guys delivered 15 mins ahead of schedule which pleased me. They were pleasant and courteous.

from start to finish every thing went very well,also the quality of the mattress and service of delivery.

I went the the store in Falkirk and received the most outstanding service from the young woman. There were over 60 mattresses to choose from but using the sleep system it was narrowed down to 6 and she took us round to try them all. Can’t wait for my new mattress outstanding service

We had great service from David in the Falkirk store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us several different mattresses and wasn’t pushy. After making a decision he sorted out the delivery and payment and even offered us a cup of tea which was great while we filled in the paperwork. We highly recommend Dreams in Falkirk and will be back for other bedrooms items.

Ordered a new double bed from dreams the whole experience was great from finding out from the sales assistant what kind of bed we needed from there in store test machine to getting bed delivered on time via phone call to check address and getting bed built for us and getting shown how it works etc the whole thing was great great service from start to finish dreams were brilliant

When were offered to lie on a mattress which would read his our bodies lay and this then recommended what type of mattress would suit us best. There was various types of these mattresses so you could go for a cheaper option if you preferred. We lay on a few until the decision was made. We also bought a new bed, ottoman and bedside tables to all match. When we ordered our bed and mattress we only had to pay a deposit. The total was £3500 but we were given £500 discount and free delivery plus building up the furniture. Initially we were told there was a 12 week wait. However a few weeks in the shop contacted us and informed us they were able to deliver our bedroom furniture. We agreed a day. I received texts to remind me and the day before I was given a 2 hour window for when they would arrive. They then called me and confirmed this time again on the day of delivery. I was then contacted again to confirm they would be arriving within 30 minutes. I removed obstacles around my front door and pictures off the wall going up the stairs. The men arrived and informed me they would be about an hour. They then put covers over their shoes and got to it and built up the bed. It's quite a big task so I was very grateful they did this. Once completed they showed me how everything worked and they took all the wrapping away with them. I was very happy.
We've been using the bed for over 2 weeks and find it very comfy. We are enjoying our new bedroom and the under the mattress storage is really handy. The only minor thing is that you need a bit of muscle to pull the bed back down.

Brilliant service from the showroom through to delivery. Friendly, helpful and very professional at every stage. Can't fault anything. Customer service was exceptional. Wish more businesses were as caring and focused.
