Great experience from meeting Hannah at the door using the machine to assist finding the right type of mattress.
Hannah was extremely helpful and manage to find a mattress with a saving of £900 due to sale, great delivery wait only 3 weeks as I have a super king size, I knew I’d have a wait. Would highly recommend this store and member of staff

Very thorough and attentive. Spent time explaining all of the products and how they compared.

I was greeted by John who was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He explained the sleep match system and offered me a pillow. He then showed me several mattress that best suited my need and explained the constructions and advantages. After making my choice, John offered me a drink whilst he processed my paperwork, then went through it with me to check I was happy. He even told me that I also had an extra 10 percent off my purchase price. He then explained the delivery options. I had a pleasant experience, in a very clean and well laid out store. I would go to Dreams again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Warm welcome when entering the store. Knowledgeable staff, good selection of products. The mattress test was very useful. Good quality products. Store was busy but not rushed. Impressed by management. Julie was very friendly and helpful, no pressure into buying.

Gerry was fab. We had no intention of buying anything but she was so good and helpful and we came away with a great deal and a lovely experience. Thank you!

Mixed review. The lady we dealt with was amazing. We need what we wanted so it made it quick and easy. She dealt with us swiftly and everything was perfect. 5* for her.
However I really struggled to hear what she was saying over the extremely loud manager who was talking to another member of staff about an issue that had occured in the day. You could hear him as we entered and he was sat with the poor lady at the desks in front of everyone that happened to be in store.
This is not out first encounter and I did write to dreams after we bought a bed. His manners is very bulheaded and if he doesn't like what you say eg question an issue he becomes quite rude.
Again this is the 2nd time we have been in store where he has either been talking to staff about an issue or talking to the team about an issue. Both times in front of customers and his behaviour is diabolical. How he has remained in his job or the staff put up with it I don't know. It really lets Dream down.
Not only is this behaviour embarrassing for staff it's really uncomfortable as a member of the public.
We only went back to this store because it had what we needed in stock. After our last encounter of the way he was speaking to staff Infront of everyone in store we havent returned we have travelled further to an alternative dreams store that were amazing.

Dreams you really need to sort this out. A manager behaving in this way puts people off and also creates a bad atmosphere. I did make a comment to the staff member I was talking to as I said I can't hear you and it's quite distracting. I asked if it was the manager and she nodded and then just continued with going through the forms. I don't think she knew what to say.

I will continue to avoid the store in Farnborough now at all costs and will definitely regardless of time or stock either go to a different store or order online!

I visited Dreams Farnborough to buy a replacement mattress and received a very warm welcome. All the staff were friendly and helpful when I first arrived.

Jacqui, who helped me during my visit, was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient, without being at all pushy. I’m very grateful for how she went above and beyond.

During my visit, I experienced a low blood sugar as I’m diabetic, and Jacqui kindly offered to help, which was greatly appreciated.

I later realised that I had forgotten to arrange collection of my old mattress. Jacqui immediately took care of it and made sure everything was organised through customer services.

My new mattress arrived today and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely recommend Dreams Farnborough. Thank you to Jacqui and the whole team for such kind and considerate service!
