Excellent delivery today from Mark & Vita. Friendly guys, covered their shoes when entering property. Cleared away all their rubbish and were really neat and tidy. Can’t fault them .

I originally brought online but the company went into liquidation so went to Dreams. I had a brilliant delivery and fitting service from Aaron and Waqar. And wish u had gone sooner.

I bought a bed from dreams.The outer frame was ok but the centre slat support was too short and I had to buy another from the wood yard.
I replaced the screws and brackets as they were not as robust as I would have liked.
Overall a good bed.
The bed as fine and looks nice.

Everything was great starting from my order saleman help us regarding mattress. Till delivery we got everything as we want.

Very helpful in store. Purchase of bed and delivery sorted quickly and easily. Easy for us to change delivery day if needed. Bed delivered exactly as promised and we're delighted with it.

ÌGood customer servicel in shop well looked after everything dealt with .
Bought a D grey Ottoman and D mattress , very good delivery kept upto date on times and on day of delivery with a mobile call 4 hrs before delivery so no Complaints at all drivers very helpful.
But and a big BUT the bed itself falls far short on Quailty the side boards with the locking nuts built in where flimsey holding the mechanical arm lift which if not exstremly carefull breakaway easily from the boards, the 10 page manual is totally unclear on certain bolts positioning, and a cheap 4 qtr boards which is supplied for the base is totally unfit for the job they dont fit correctly and move around all over the place , so no boards used you are then using your own bedroom carpet for your £700 bed base ,which i find quite concerning in quality and when loved ones try to move the bed its quite impossible with out snapping the bed side boards as no reinforcement are fixed to them to strengthen them so easy to snap in half , so basically you can't move the bed with out 3/4 members of the family steadily the frame and supporting the sides.

Very Very Disappointed that my order is delayed without an appropriate reason.
PLEASE NOTE THE STORE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING AND MY NEGATIVITY IS NOT DIRECTED AT THEM IN ANYWAY.
But in this day and age 1 month to deliver a bed frame and mattress and only to receive and email that it's now going to take another 8 days over the proposed delivery date isn't acceptable.

I paid £100 for the bed to be assembled and the part that sits on the floor is damaged and not flush with the other 3 sections.
However the sales advisor at the store was very experienced and had great knowledge, I made a decision very quickly based on the advice he gave me. Excellent customer service from Guy at the Feltham store.
