service at the shop was excellent -your representative was helpful and polite and answered my queries fully and satisfactorily. delivery was also well done and old mattress was taken away. only problem was we were asked to encase the old mattress in the supplied plastic cover which was difficult

We wanted to replace our Tempur bed

We wanted to replace our Tempur bed, which we purchased around 12 years ago and which virtually eliminated the back pain we used to wake up with every morning. We knew it was time for a replacement when those aches began to return a few months ago.
We were assisted by Oliver and Jacob, and we were extremely pleased with the customer service provided by both. Jacob was new to Dreams and, once it became clear that we were going to purchase a new Tempur bed and mattress, Oliver stepped in and expertly guided him through the sales process. It was reassuring to see such strong teamwork and mentoring in action.
Dreams clearly have the purchasing process refined to a high standard. We were given an estimated delivery date at the point of sale and advised that a two-hour delivery window would be confirmed the day before. The delivery team then contacted us first thing on the morning of delivery to reconfirm the slot. They arrived exactly when promised and carried out the delivery efficiently and professionally.
Everything went smoothly until it came to attaching the headboard. Although we had measured the available space ourselves, it turned out not to be quite wide enough. The delivery team talked us through the available options, and we decided on a solution that ultimately worked well.
If we were to do anything differently, it would be to discuss all room and furniture measurements in more detail with the Dreams sales team before finalising the purchase.
Would we recommend Dreams? Absolutely—without hesitation, with the only advice being to double-check all measurements beforehand.

Great overall service

The sales person was very informative, explaining everything in a clear and concise way and made me very welcome, I believe his name was Harshil.
Also the delivery team were very good with removing the old mattress and installing the new one on the first floor.

A bed of my dreams

Went to the dreams store and was served by a young man with knowledge of what I required and helped me to choose went through the cost suggested an insurance on the bed as it was a adjustable .the bed was delivered a wk later and built in less than 30 minutes .all packaging taken away .perfect service from start to finish .

I spent £1700 in your shop and you…

I spent £1700 in your shop and you still charged me delivery. I will never ever buy from dreams again. I’m disgusted the way I’ve been treated.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the excellent service I received at Dreams.

Harshil, the young man who assisted me, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very quick at problem-solving.

When I was there, he truly went above and beyond for me as a customer. He made sure I received all the discounts available on that day, applying everything he was allowed to. In addition, he kindly offered me two expensive orthopedic pillows, a mattress protector, and a quilt. This was far more than I expected and shows how dedicated he is to customer satisfaction.

He was always in a pleasant mood, making me feel very comfortable and supported at every moment. He never refused any of my requests and was always willing to help. If there was anything he was unsure about, he took the time to check with his manager to ensure he provided me with accurate and complete information. He answered every question with a positive attitude and great attention to detail.

His level of customer service truly reflects a very high standard. I would highly recommend him for recognition and even consideration for promotion to a managerial role.

Great service in shop and on delivery/assembly

I moved home and needed to buy a lot for my new place. Experience I had with Dreams was by far the best of all the sellers I had to communicate with. A colleague in the shop that helped me when I was choosing a mattress and a bed – he was very patient with all my questions and inability to decide what I want. When I finally decided he helped me find a delivery date that worked best for me.

And when the delivery and assembly date came, it was a great experience again. The timing was exact as promised, the guys the came to assemble everything were nice and professional. They wore shoe covers and made sure to leave everything clean.

I love the bed and mattress I bought, but I truly think that the service of Dream was what made my experience unique

Great service

The sales woman in store was amazing and super knowledgeable. The chaps who came to do the delivery were also great. They took away the old, installed the new, and took away all the packaging - exactly as promised.

Service to dream of in Dreams

We were met in store by Audrey. I explained I needed a new mattress for my 17year old daughter . Audrey was wonderfully helpful and efficient: Guiding my daughter through the whole process of finding the right mattress for her. The mattress we bought was delivered a few days later. My daughter loves it.

Very friendly, and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was shown several options, of both base and mattress. Giving me advise on pro's and cons for my needs. I had the opportunity to trial the computer bed, to aid my choices and laid on several mattresses, some several times.
