From entering the store to the delivery of our mattress, was a smooth process. The sales assistant, Emma, was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all, she was definitely lead by our wants and requirements. All in all would highly recommend Dreams.

Was very pleased after I visited Dreams. I hadn't quite made my mind up as it was a big commitment. Went home had a look at Dreams online to order but decided to go back to the store to complete my purchase as the salesman was extremely helpful. So far extremely pleased with my new mattress from viewing, testing in store, delivery and sleeping.

New mattress arrived thank god very cozy and comfy

The whole experience went very smoothly and our chosen bed was delivered on the day and time agreed/specified. The old Dreams bed and all packaging was removed and the fitters were happy and helpful, as was the sales member who took our order.

Fab service, not pushy. Used the fancy sleep analyser bed which gave us a choice of 4 beds "suitable" for us. That stopped us laying on 40 beds getting confused which felt best etc. Anyway we bought a very comfy bed stress free at a reasonable price

The staff in store were very helpful. And the delivery guys were excellent

Our experience was good, however, we were asked if we wanted extra cover, the man said I am giving you a mattress protector for free anyway should be £70, but did we want the cover? We declined and the mattress protector was never mentioned again. It is our understanding now you only get that if you take the extra cover, however, he did use the words throw in the protector for free anyway, it wasn’t explained clearly. He also did not mention taking it to the room is an extra charge, we believed it was a standard charge until we saw dreams advertising free delivery. Overall happy with our purchase but we do believe we were purposefully misled. However, the delivery men were great and even helped fix the bed a bit.
