Dreams experience - buying a new mattress
The initial visits to the showroom, being assessed for a new mattress, having all my options discussed and able to lie on the samples in the store really helped. Sonny was very helpful and did not rush my decision making. Payment and delivery options were all explained. I am very pleased with my new purchase.

It’s gives a really comfy sleep.
I knew what I wanted, but walking into the store did I, after being asked questions, I was led to the dream magic bed, after which two mattresses stood out, 9ne of which I bought, and very pleased with.

Grimsby Dreams
Went to Dreams of Grimsby to support local business. Sonny the store manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Tried as many beds as we wanted too. He helped us make the right choice for our needs. Went to the Grimsby store on a rainy Sunday, was greeted by Jack who was really friendly and helpful, then James took over, he was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward, very helpful and not pushy, gave us the info we needed and left us to browse. Very enjoyable visit and even my hubby came out feeling positive about spending money 😀

Absolutely brilliant experience!!
All the staff were lovely however the store assistant who helped us (think he was called jack?) was great! He wasn’t pushy but gave us recommendations when we needed them! Gave us loads of time to try all the mattresses that were recommended and explained everything so well! We even bought the pillows, and duvet too and not one thing was ‘pushed’ on us like some sales people do! Will definitely be shopping again
