Staff were really helpful in store, we got what we wanted at a good price. Delivery was prompt and well informed. The drivers were really friendly, helpful and built the bed in no time. A great experience had as always from dreams.

Great service at the Halifax branch. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Matched my requirements to an item that was not in store but had just been placed on a large discount, didn’t just try to make a big sale.

We visited the Halifax Showroom as previous visits and as always the staff were extremely helpful especially Fiona who was so pleasant and very informative and could not do enough to help us decide which Ottoman bed to choose.

Brilliant experience and friendly staff , was offered drinks and a chance to try out the mattress Simulator. Also found us a Good Bundle which included Mattress , bedframe and bed accessories all within our Budget. Highly recommended to friends and Family in future.

One member of staff encountered was unhelpful and seemingly preoccupied. Whilst I can't hold it against him for being the only person in the store, he seemed interested in helping out anyone other than the couple giving him a sale.

Otherwise, all staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us enough help to feel informed but enough space to not feel pressured.

We purchased a mattress from the Halifax branch and were really impressed by Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and was very friendly.

Fiona from the Dreams store in Halifax was outstanding. Her helpful assistance in store was second to none. Clearly knew her products and the many differences between them. A true advocate for customer service.

Ordering in the Halifax store was fast and quite painless as we were purchasing three beds and mattresses.
The day before delivery we were given a delivery time slot....a few hours later a phone call from acustomer advisor stating there was a problem with one of the mattresses....there was no mattress as none left in stock!Great as our daughter would have a bed but no mattress to sleep on.They offered no solutions to the problem only apologised.I went in to the store as when I phoned them up,they suggested we go for a different mattress which usually had a faster delivery date and was told we had been offered free delivery once the mattress came....we were not.Needless to say I was not happy so got in touch via messenger requesting a loan of a mattress until the one we wanted came available.This was then soon sorted via messenger but we had to go and collect the mattress.Delivery team were excellent...polite and courteous.If it was not for the mess up with the mattress and it being upto me to find a solution they would have been given a 4 to 5 star rating.My recommendation would be that if an item is not available for delivery then to let customers know well in advance as opposed to after they receive a text giving them a delivery slot which indicates that everything is good with the order.
Edited: A gentleman from Dreams reached out to me following my review and explained what the issue had been and expedited delivery of the mattress for next week as opposed to waiting a further 10 days.
I would encourage people if they have any issues to reach out on messenger as they listen and act.As a result I am changing the star rating to a 4…would give 4 and a half but it won’t let me.Thank you

I do not buy a new bed and mattress very often and it is important I get the correct one so I was deligthed with my selection at Dreams and would recommend them to everyone

I recently bought a mattress from dreams after being shown around by Becky at the Halifax store. She was very knowledgable about the products and knew exactly what we needed. I found she was very polite and helpful and would highley recommend family members to go.

The store colleagues were very helpful and were able to talk knowledgeably about their products. They were not pushy and gave us options to look at without trying to upsell. I would go back there again.

Great service from the Halifax store - went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but came out with two mattresses that my son and daughter love as 'they are so comfy' in their words. Fiona was great, pointed out offers that were on and saved me some money. Will be back next time I need some bed frames or mattresses.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, good options

The store at Halifax is easy to find being on a trading estate with B&Q and a few other well known stores.
We were met on arrival by Becky, she introduced us to testing on a special bed designed to help you find the best mattress, after which we were shown various beds and pillows, the whole shopping experience was enjoyable, we left refreshed and pleased with our purchase, which has yet to arrive.

Brilliant service very knowledgeable staff , there if you needed them but definitely not pushy, I would definitely recommend a visit , you may get product slightly cheaper online but for me the whole experience of trying the mattress and getting first hand advice was definitely worth it, I would genuinely recommend Dreams Halifax

I would highly recommend Dreams. Their in store service was fantastic, giving helpful advice, fitting us for our ideal bed match, offering bottled water whilst we looked through out the store & also giving us time to peruse stress free, given advice when they felt necessary. When we decided on a mattress & frame, the process was quick & easy with a fast delivery service. The delivery team let us know in advance the time that they would arrive, they were prompt, COVID aware & compliant, friendly, fast & efficient, essembled our new bed quickly & took our old mattress & frame away. It was a fast & stress free experience.
