David was incredibly patient with me whilst I chose my first mattress. I found it difficult to decide but he did not make me feel rushed and offered really great opinions. Even ended up with some complimentary pillows which was super helpful.
I was able to test my ‘Sleepmatch’ and even offered a drink for the process. Very lovely experience.

David was very helpful and gave good advice.

John greeted me and I advised what I thought I needed. He introduced me to sleepmatch and while I was relaxing he made me a perfect builders tea( that I asked for). We then moved around the store checking out the advised mattresses and pillow. I actually bought the first one I layed on and I tested a cool pillow which I also bought with the protection pack explained to me by David. Computers went down so I couldn’t leave with a delivery date. But as promised David called back and we decided on a date. I found the whole experience easy and the staff were very attentive which I have found hard to find in a lot of outlets nowadays

we were welcomed as we entered the shop, David offered us a drink and explained very well what the diferences are between mattresses, he also asked we we require pillows, and we tried the sleepmatch

Store guy was incredibly helpful, explaining how all different mattresses worked after my son did the sleep analysis. Delivery was on time and mattress delivered without fuss. My son said it’s so comfortable, he’s sleeping much better. Not sure if that’s down to the mattress or the side-sleeper pillow, maybe a bit of both!

Delivery was on time. The chaps who made the bed up were very efficient and polite. All packaging was taken away. And the bed is absolutely fabulous.

The customer service has been outstanding. The delivery was excellent - I particularly liked the fact the men had neoprene shoe covers to put on their feet!

Chose a tempur medium mattress and soft tempur pillows (the 2 pillows were free of charge!)
Overall a very pleasant buying experience

Sales lady personable and competent, and was able to amend my order a few days later. Delivery/installation staff on time and very efficient, removing all discarded products. Very satisfied with the product itself. All highly recommended.
