The overall purchase was a great experience. The sales person was super. Very knowledgeable. Walked out with exactly what we were looking for but had the greatest of experiences, which was above and beyond expectations. Definitely recommend.

Excellent website to search for what you need with easy navigation and good prices for mattresses. The delivery time was good as was getting a 2 hour time slot for the day of delivery and also the fact the the delivery team were helpful too.

The whole experience was great, the bed fitting was amazing and gave me what I wanted. Our assistant Stanley was brilliant a credit to Dreams, the fitting team was excellent polite and tidy. Highly recommended.

I want to say a massive thank you to the guys at Leicester Store for looking after my Mum & Stepdad this morning. They said you were absolutely amazing and 2 of the nicest guys they have ever met. Great service. I already knew what bed frame I wanted based on the website but still wanted to explore my options. The staff were very helpful and patient and helped decided which is the best suited mattress and managed to get the bedframe/bed within a week, thought it would be longer. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Dreams.

We found exactly what we were looking for after Anil spent time to see what we wanted and showed us a variety of products, we can't wait to get our new bed and mattress delivered!

Purchased a bed from Leicester Dreams and had it delivered on time. However, the team who delivered the bed and put the bed together decided it was ok to also take personal belongings from my bedroom. Once we made a complaint Dreams informed us that they asked the Team and they denied it so the case is closed.
This is appalling, i was devastated of the outcome and would advise all customers do not let Dreams Delivery team into your house as it is not safe

Took out what amounted to a mortgage to buy 3 beds from Dreams. Delivered less than 2 weeks ago and 2 beds were faulty. The installers from Dreams messed up but we have since had 2 visits to rectify the problems. The guys that came to rectify the issues were helpful and so too was the sales assistant Nirali from Leicester.

What and experience! I visited the store to be greeted by a senior advisor Mr Anil Patel. He had a breath of knowledge about the products and services and asked all the right questions to establish the product for me. He was patient with me as it was all new for me. I’ve been use to buying furniture online. I’d highly recommend for anyone to visit a store to experience the different products. The extensive knowledge the advisors have is so helpful.

From the first visit in store to choose a mattress, to the delivery of the mattress I cannot fault the company.
I was kept up to date regarding delivery times and the item was delivered within the 2 hour slot.

Excellent service from first arriving at shop. Tried out the test bed. Chose my mattress, base and headboard. Arranged delivery. Drivers rung me on day of delivery and told me the time it would be delivered. Put the bed together and checked with me that I was happy. All in all an excellent experience.

Very impressed with the service i received at Dreams Leicester. The staff were polite friendly and very knowledgeable. they made me feel comfortable and were not pushing me to spend more than i had budgeted as i had experienced in others stores. very grateful for the care they took to explain things to me and help me find the right products to suit my needs. Highly recommend this store and team.
