The service was excellent. Your agent Scott was knowledgeable and very helpful . A computerized bed enabled me to choose the most comfortable mattress.

We were greeted by Elaine who was really friendly and calm (not overpowering at all which sometimes sales assistants can be in my opinion). She ran the Sleepmatch diagnostic, offered us a drink and then talked us through all the best fitting mattresses for us. We ended up buying the first mattress she recommended and her service continued to be great throughout. Thanks so much Elaine ☺️

Very efficient service all round. The staff member who took our order guided us to exactly the mattress we wanted. He was friendly, polite and very helpful throughout our time in the Dreams showroom in Lincoln. The delivery arrived on time and the again, the men were friendly, polite and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

From the time I spent in the shop to choose my mattress until it was delivered the whole thing was easy. The staff are pleasant and experienced with the products they are selling. Delivery was on time, again carried out by friendly informative people. The mattress is excellent too!

The sales woman was amazing. We had three kids with us and she involved and engaged with them and we nearly bough extra because the kids were so involved and invested. Really lovely place with helpful staff and products fairly priced. The lady also trailed the bed that you lye on and look at the position you sleep in etc

Greeted by s very pleasant lady in shop who i can't remember her name, sorry, and she made sure we have picked the correct mattress for us, nothing was too much trouble. Gent was also very helpful in advice, delivery lads were excellent in doing what they did. No complaints and would recommend

Wonderful bed, great service, exceptionally good delivery. Can't think of a single negative if I'm honest. Alloa Athletic haven't won the Champions League, but I'm not sure if that's relevant.
