My experience with dreams is very good. They went through all the details of the mattress we picked and we also picked a bed frame. Very pleased with choice and they arrived on the date and time requested.

Excellent service
The moment I walked into Dreams on Edge lane Liverpool I was approached by an assistant in a friendly manner.
Her knowledge of the product helped me make my decision.
There’s a lot to choose from but her guidance helped me choose.
The delivery was on time great communication throughout and the guys delivered and took old mattresses away.
I will definitely go back when I need another new bed.

Rubbish
Rubbish! No returns policy if you but in store even if some of the items purchased weren't available to view/test. No one told me there was no returns in store. Disgusted!! Won't use again

As discussed, it is not Dreams terms & conditions that stipulate you cannot return, rather under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, there is no right to a refund if you not like the goods.

Tempa mattress
We bought a tempa mattress & bed frame. Cannot tell you how comfortable the mattress is. The frame has a massive amount of storage space underneath. Absolutely delighted with it. We can’t wait to get in.

Staff in shop.... Polite helpful and not pushy. No pressure to buy and gave all prices so I could choose leisurely. Mattress arrived on time. Old one taken away. Drivers /delivery men were polite, efficient and no mess.
