excellent service, from the lady in the merthyr Tydfil store to the 2 chaps that delivered the new bed into our bedroom (it had been a long day for them and a few hrs more to go, the were cheerful and informative).
the bed felt odd for the first few days till it settled in, now after a week i'm having a good nights sleep.
all in all an pleasant experience.
will defiantly us dreamcs again.

The staff were very helpful and polite
The staff were very helpful and polite, offered me and my autistic son a drink of water when they proceeded with placing my order. They arranged a delivery date and didn't have to wait to long . Also on delivery day the driver was thorough in his updates on projected deliver time. I had a very pleasant experience and would return again in the future.
