Visited Dreams in Newbury. The gentleman who attended to us was very nice and professional. We were offered drinks (we needed that after a long day of furniture shopping). He help us look at discounts and payment options that suited our budget. I am happy to say we got a lovely bedset that was within our budget and since then… Nightmares have turned into dreams, thanks to Dreams.

Loving our new bed and found the service from the manager in Newbury store excellent.

Mark and his mate, did a brilliant job. Wore overshoes and quickly and efficiently removed old bed and mattress. Equal quickly installed new bed and mattress. Couldnt be more happy! Thank you Dreams

Excellent service choice helpfulness very pleased with mattress.

Had a warm welcome when we entered the store. The member of staff was very helpful and highlighted mattresses to try and then left us to wander round and try the beds and make our choice. Mattress was delivered quickly and the old one taken away. Have found the mattress very comfortable so happy with our purchase.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Once given the choice of mattresses it was easy to make the right decision.

Easy to order and choose a new Dreams mattress for our spare bed. Ordered Wednesday, delivered following Monday. Great communication and on time delivery. Can't fault it. Dreams did exactly what they promised to do, can't ask for more than that

From walking into the shop to taking delivery of my new mattress, I couldn't praise the staff highly enough. Bethany and Kevin at the store were exceptionally helpful. The delivery was on time and the team were simply great. The mattress is very comfortable, although I am still getting used to it. Thank you Dreams for your great customer service.

Great service. I had already picked out a mattress on line but I wanted to ensure the feel was what I wanted. Went to the store and tried a few, the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and I did purchase a mattress.

The purchase process was quick and efficient. Great delivery slot that suited me.

When the delivery team came in the slot they had given me they were very respectful of my house and removed the old mattress and installed the new one quickly

Simply put, quick, convenient, painless, and good value for money. Bought a bed from Bensons for Beds, was a really bad experience (still haven't received the bed I ordered and paid for almost 3 months ago, that was 'in-stock'). Went online to buy a spare bed from Dreams to use in the interim before it gets moved to a guest room, and was awesome to receive just a couple business days later, and delivered with the utmost care.
