Our new mattress
The mattress was delivered on the right day and on time. The delivery man was polite and friendly.

Our matress needed replacing. We were warmly welcomed into the showroom and our requirements discussed. The matress tester identified the best type after which we were shown a range of suitable matresses with varying prices. We were given private time to discuss each matress. Having decided on a matress an order was placed whilst drinking a nice cup of tea. A delivery date was arranged which went very smoothly.
You get what you pay for!!!
We stayed at our daughter's house for a weekend on several occasions and loved the sleep we had. So we knew what mattress we wanted. Went in store and was looked after by the young man that served us. The cost a main factor, but you get what you pay for. Couple of positive points there was a discount on at the time plus he added a bit more to bring it down plus the fact you can get X months interest free payment is a major positive subject to credit scoring. Delivery following week and they were very polite and dropped off where was requested. Several weeks on and sleeping like a log, not slept so well for years.

It was a good experience in the shop
It was a good experience in the shop. However, my new mattress is uncomfortable. It will cost £95 if I want to exchange it. Also, a week after I bought it, the price of the mattress was dropped by £400.
EDIT: Had a great telephone conversation with Dreams today. They have refunded the £400 which was only fair as the price had dropped by the time the mattress was delivered. After speaking with friends, I have decided to give myself plenty of time to get used to this mattress. Therefore this has been a good customer experience, and I have changed the number of stars accordingly.

Although the purchase of my bed did not work out because it was faulty the company handled it with care and efficiency and I received a full refund.

Great mattress!! Been sleeping well with hardly any back problems. The purchase experience was smooth, well explained and straightforward. Loved the fact that I was assisted with my decision making, using some high tech equipment to analyze my sleep position etc. Brilliant!!
