Awful company. Dont waste your money on Dreams. Six months I've been waiting for a refund and still haven't had it refunded. Will be taking legal action to get back what is rightly mine

Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU, to Andy & Usher.
Their attention to detail & a world of knowledge made what was a stressful time to choose the right bed with my disabilities, they turned it around and we even had a laugh picking the right one
After a year or so had passed I had a slight issue with remote,went back in to store and got the best aftercare you could imagine, so a big shout out to you guys, wouldn't go any where eles, they really do go the extra mile for their customer. Well done both.x

I’m very happy with my new bed from Dreams. The customer service was very professional and helpful from start to finish. The bed is excellent quality, very comfortable, and I’ve been sleeping so much better since buying it. Highly recommended!

The perfect mattress at a great price!
I was shown a selection of mattresses in my price range, but on exploring the store on my own, it was evident that I needed to increase my budget to get something suitable that would help alleviate back issues and provide me with the support I needed. Having tried a number of mattresses out, I narrowed it down and found a mattress that was both comfortable and heavily discounted, meaning I get a better quality mattress for the money. I came away feeling like I’d made the perfect choice, which was confirmed on delivery!
