Raymond at the Orpington store was very friendly and helpful, he listened to what we were looking for and came with great recommendations of mattresses for us to try. We were offered pillows to try the mattresses out with, along with the machine that assessed our body shapes and styles of mattresses that would be suitable, as well as water when we sat down and ordered. Highly recommend

Experienced and knowledgeable staff
We were first skeptical of a store to shop for mattresses as we had been inundated with online ads for companies like Simba. In hindsight experience of real humans and calibrating to one’s body matters more than anything when picking a mattress. Nandita at the Dreams store made our experience a real joy by allowing us to try all different types of mattresses and explaining with her real life experiences.

Service immaculate throughout.
The sales lady was extremely knowledgable and was able to meet our needs respecting pillows, mattress, bedframe and delivery date. We were particularly impressed with the mattress assessment machine. The delivery team were very helpful and knowledgable about the product, and gave handy tips regarding airing the mattress and assembling the bedframe. They also kept us informed about the delivery time
