Extremely helpful (Robbie) at Dreams in Perth (Scotland) in every respect.

The staff in the showroom were very helpful, the mattress was delivered within the timeline they said it would be. The delivery guy was very polite and very efficient even putting covers over his shoes before coming into the house

well, we knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived in store, there were two examples of the style we had decided on, tried them both, made selection, done and dusted. With the stores sales manager to assist we bought and paid. Delivery was on the day they stated, no issues, old mattress out, new mattress in. Left mattress unused for three days, let it air and settle (not required but our preference). Now being slept on, no issues, no problems, all good. Staff very helpful and obliging, including the delivery team.

Superking Bed Experience at Dreams

We recently purchased a superking bed from Dreams, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

Robbie at the Perth store was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to our needs and budget, and guided us through a range of suitable options without any pressure. After encouraging us to try out different beds in-store, we felt confident in our choice and were happy to go ahead with the purchase.

The delivery date was arranged to suit us perfectly, and the terms and conditions — including the 100-night sleep guarantee — were clearly explained, which gave us extra peace of mind.

We’re now just waiting for our new bed of our *dreams* to be delivered!

Staff were excellent from start to finish

It was an easy process to find out the right mattress for both of us. We got it during the Xmas sales and were happy to purchase it then and there. We did have to wait almost two months for it to arrive and the delivery guys were not the happiest chaps. Also they wouldn’t take the shed loads of cardboard away.
Easy to put together and our first night sleep was bliss, very happy since then. 👍👍

Very pleased with our new mattress. We had not been informed that it would be a doorstep delivery which was disappointing.

Great helpful team (particularly Grant), who went through all the different options (pros and cons) with me, and patiently answered all questions. Slight negative was the delivery team refusing to take away the packaging when the bed was delivered.
