He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with fantastic customer service.
We didn't intend to purchase a mattress that day but we were so impressed with the ones recommended that we bought one there and then!!

Great first time buyer experience
Bought a proper bed for the first time from the Royal Parade Plymouth branch. Great service from Paul who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. I spent a lot of money here, but such was the experience, it was a non issue. Looking forward to receiving my order now!

Excellent service and quality
I have had excellent service from both stores in Plymouth. Never pressured and given plenty of time to make our choices. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery drivers are very courteous and have alway cleared away the rubbish and always ask us to check everything before leaving. The products are great and I would recommend Dreams to family and friends.
