Tempur Pro Air Plus lovely

We love our new bed from Dreams. We had Tempur Pro Air Plus and Tempur pillows. They are lovely and bed is so comfortable. The only issue we had was, the shop Assistant gave us wrong size mattress protector and we didn't realise until 2 weeks later when the bed arrived, and my wife was just about to put it on the mattress. The assistant also partially charged me for "Room of your choice" when I shouldn't as this was free as I had my bed assembled. I did get a refund from Dreams afterwards.

Perfect

Perfect. Staff were so helpful a did not recommend most expensive. Took their mattress test and they helpedme find the perfect mattress. Like sleeping on a cloud now

Mr Andrews Luna Bed

Initially we met Hannah , treated us very well , we chose the bed base and Hannah took me through the procedure to choose correct mattress , very knowledgeable very professional . All went well , the purchase was done also extras were given , ie pillows , duvet and mattress protector , Delivery date given and bed was delivered on time , thankyou Hannah and Dreams delivery team and Dreams Poole

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we…

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we came into the shop, we looked around for short time on our own and then a lovely lady called Joanne came over. She was very helpful and helped us choose our new mattress. Delivery was very good and so were the drivers. Can speak highly enough about the service we got especially Joanne in store.

The service in the store was great it…

The service in the store was great it was just the horrible men who delivered my lovely new bed at my age don't expect such treatment also love the cabinets and ottoman.
Think the problem was my very old bed they probably thought I had one which could be sold on not chopped up for firewood!

Thank you for your recent review. I am so sorry for any upset that was caused during your delivery. I can see from the notes on your order that the bed we were taking away under our old bed disposal service was not dismantled when the delivery team arrived at your property. 

We do not offer a dismantling service for old bed disposal, and we do request that the customer has the bed taken down in time for our arrival, however, on this occasion I can see that the team agreed to help you take the bed apart. 

I have sent you an email so that I can get a bit more information from you as to why you were unhappy with the service provided and I will do what I can to assist.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. No pushy sales just good knowledge and offered advice when requested. Delivery time was quick. The guys were prompt, friendly and professional! Could not fault!

Sleap easy with dreams.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating and not at all pushy, there is nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk through the door and trying to sell you the most expensive product, this was not the case,i would highly recommend this company to anyone.

A really positive experience

A really positive experience for us choosing a new mattress. We went in completely unsure what kind of mattress we required other than we didn’t want memory foam again, and Hannah ran us through the Sleep Match machine and found what type of mattress would be most beneficial to us. We were then shown several different mattresses at different price points and were explained the main differences between them and if the price difference was worthwhile. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and stress free. Will definitely go back to Dreams for any future mattresses.
