Tempur Pro Air Plus lovely
We love our new bed from Dreams. We had Tempur Pro Air Plus and Tempur pillows. They are lovely and bed is so comfortable. The only issue we had was, the shop Assistant gave us wrong size mattress protector and we didn't realise until 2 weeks later when the bed arrived, and my wife was just about to put it on the mattress. The assistant also partially charged me for "Room of your choice" when I shouldn't as this was free as I had my bed assembled. I did get a refund from Dreams afterwards.

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we came into the shop, we looked around for short time on our own and then a lovely lady called Joanne came over. She was very helpful and helped us choose our new mattress. Delivery was very good and so were the drivers. Can speak highly enough about the service we got especially Joanne in store.

The service in the store was great it was just the horrible men who delivered my lovely new bed at my age don't expect such treatment also love the cabinets and ottoman.
Think the problem was my very old bed they probably thought I had one which could be sold on not chopped up for firewood!

The staff were really helpful and accommodating and not at all pushy, there is nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk through the door and trying to sell you the most expensive product, this was not the case,i would highly recommend this company to anyone.

A really positive experience for us choosing a new mattress. We went in completely unsure what kind of mattress we required other than we didn’t want memory foam again, and Hannah ran us through the Sleep Match machine and found what type of mattress would be most beneficial to us. We were then shown several different mattresses at different price points and were explained the main differences between them and if the price difference was worthwhile. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and stress free. Will definitely go back to Dreams for any future mattresses.
