The staff in the show room was very friendly and listened to the changes I made to the order. The fitters who installed the beds were on time worked very hard and cautiously.

Went to Dreams Ruislip today to be welcomed by Dheeran, who offered a drink, tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate. I told him what I was looking for a new mattress. We started with sleep test where I lay on a bed where it reviewed the best mattress for me. It was very impressive and Dheeran then showed me the top 4-5 mattresses for me. He was very helpful and and showed excellent customer care. He was genuine and knowledgeable in different mattress technology. Came out spending more than I thought but got a magnificent mattress which I can't wait to be delivered. Old mattress to be taken and given a special casing to cover the old mattress in. Overall very happy with my purchase and the quality service from Dheeran. Definitely recommend if wanting a bed to go there.

Compare to other stores i see more variety to choose in dreams store purely a bed and mattress and great customer service by Ms Ishaa

A very simple bed selection and very helpful staff

Regularly updated as when bed would arrive. The delivery & placing of bed was stress free.

Visited the store initially just to browse. Assistant as extremely helpful and finished up purchasing a new mattress which I needed anyway but hadn’t quite decided on which one. After talking to the assistant I purchased what I wanted and am extremely pleased.

Great service in store when purchasing & bed arrived when it was supposed to, two guys arrived took old bed away, set up new bed, nice pleasant guys that respected my home. It was all done & dusted within 10-15 minutes ns! Couldn’t have asked for better service, thank you Dreams
