Great service with great staff,in this world of Internet shopping its great to actually be able to try out the item you are buying.

Made welcome as soon as l arrived in the store. Was looked after by a very helpful staff member. Nothing was rushed and she made sure I understood everything.

Karen was really helpful. Both her and the store manager worked really hard to get a good deal for me. I bought two mattresses from stock and got a great deal. No complaints, the staff could not have been more helpful.

The salesperson (Beverley) did a great job in sorting our new bed for us. Mattresses are too hard and after just one week since it was delivered, the bed creaks. It cost us a substantial amount of money so I'm very disappointed with it.

My Husband & I visited dreams in Sheffield.
Karen dealt with our purchase, she was very informative. My husband suffers with back pain & neck pain, Karen suggested the custom made mattress and I have to say what a great choice, it was obviously a bit more expensive but wow it was worth it. The two delivery guys were friendly, courteous & fitted the beds in no time.

We were assisted by Paula at Queens Road, Sheffield branch. Paula was friendly, approchable and very patient. She knew all the information on the products we were looking at and suggested we use the machine that tells you which mattress is best for you. Paula gave us time and space to check out different mattress but was around if we had any questions. Very nice lady we will recommend her to friends.

We visited dreams twice, both times Beverly helped us who was wonderful. On our first visit Beverly talked us through the best mattresses for us and gave us all the info about the 0% finance options. We found a mattress that we liked but didn’t decide to buy it then, as it was the first mattress we found that suited our needs and we shopped around to see if there were any other mattresses that fit our budget with good finance options. But we didn’t find anything as good as the Robinson in terms of comfort or price. When we returned Beverly helped us again, we tried out the position assessment mattress and although we appreciated the recommendations from the machine we decided to stay with the Robinson. Beverly was great and very accommodating, she talked us through some great pillows and also the mattress protection option, which we decided to buy along with the mattress. We ordered the mattress for home delivery which we were able to get for when we needed. Beverly processed the finance agreement which went through smoothly and was the easiest retail finance I’ve ever done. While going through the process Beverly was very chatty and friendly and made us feel comfortable.

From entering the store to finalising our purchase, everything was made easy.
We were given the "find your ideal mattress" machine and from that a range of several mattresses were shown to me and my wife. At no point was there any sales pressure to buy a more expensive item.
The whole procedure was very easy.

From 1st walking into shop was greeted and offered a drink..I spoke to a lady and told her my needs ie fibromyalgia and menopause..we discussed options and was offered sleep match (I had researched on the Web site before my visit to the store and she showed me the very same mattress I had preferred ) after she told me about the mattress I was offered a pillow and given the chance to try the mattress out for a time.lol I did nearly fall asleep on it so my mind was made up..I was taken over to desk and discussed payment and delivery options..all in all it was a very good experience, during the sale I felt comfortable and unrushed so would recommend 100%
