Comfortable beds.

From start to finish, we received excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the store. Delivery team were fantastic and gave great advice. Beds are lovely and comfortable.

Great service and comftable bed

Staff was very helpful in shop bed was delivered quick the drivers were very helpful took away our old bed showed us controls for bed and television we are both disabled so bed is adjustable both sides my husband has sleep apnea so ideal for him as well bed very comftable I would reccomend dreams to my friends and family

Guided both of us through the Dreams Sleepmatch test and explaining the results to us to help choose the best mattress.
Gave us both honest recommendations…Not Sales pitches!
Suggesting the mattress or bed that genuinely suited us, even if it wasn’t not the most expensive option.
Creating a relaxed shopping experience.
Allowed us both to try mattresses and make us both feel comfortable asking questions.
Explained all products clearly.
We also witnessed Graham and his excellent team also addressing other customers with brilliance and understanding differences between mattress types (memory foam, pocket spring, hybrid) and bed frames.
He also ensured we were happy with our purchase and know who to contact if we needed any support.
Explained delivery, guarantees, and mattress care so we got the best long-term value.

Collaborating with colleagues so customers always receive help, even during busy period we were in the store (2 hrs)

Couldn't fault the service received

Couldn't fault the service received. Went to purchase a new bed and mattress for my Son and whilst he drove me crazy with trying each and every bed, the staff were very patient and accommodating. We finally settled on a bed and mattress within budget (even though my Son wanted the most expensive one in store), and got some free pillows thrown in which my Son was very chuffed about. I have tried to steal them from him, but he is having none of it LOL. I have no hesitating in recommending Dreams and more importantly, Sarah at the Southend Airport branch. Thank you Sarah.

Would highly recommend sorting this important purchase in an actual Dreams shop rather than anywhere on-line.

A very pleasant shopping experience.

The moment I walked into the shop at Southend Airport I was politely asked if I needed help but was free to browse all the beds without unnecessary sales pressure. This alone made me want to shop at this store. A few days later I returned to make my purchase.
