ON VISITING THE STORE A VERY NICE ASSISTANT CAME TO SEE IF HE COULD HELP WITH ANY ASSISTANCE I EXPLAINED WHAT I AS LOOKING FOR IN A NEW MATRESS AND WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR A SOFT ONE .HE SHOWED ME DIFERENT MATRESSES AND GIVE ME A PILLOW SO I COULD TRY DIFERENT ONES EXPLAINING THE DIFFERANCES IN SPRUNG /GELL/ HYDRO MATRESSES ALSO ABOUT TOPPERS AND COVERS.HE ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE A DRINK SO THOUGHTFULL..
