Went in looking to find the right mattress. Bobby helped us identify the right kind. We tried a few options and identified the best one. Was given good advice and decided to purchase due to the additional discount on offer.

I was looking for an ottoman bed. There was a good selection of beds on display. The member of staff who was serving me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
Everyone working in the store was pleasant and friendly.
I was particularly pleased about the after sales services available, in particular assembly of the bed and the recycling of the old bed.
All in all a very good experience and I looked forward to my new bed being delivered next month.

Recently visited Dreams based at the Gallagher retail park in Coventry. A lovely lady name Jackie served me.
She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the experience easy and straight forward.
The new bed etc was delivered yesterday (29.04.26) Kept me updated about time. Two very nice gentleman came, they were smart in appearance and very pleasant and made it hassle free. I live on my own and I felt very safe and they were both accommodating Overall I can't fault this company.
Last night a great nights sleep. I am very happy to recommend Dreams.

The delivery was perfect. The timing was good. They were very respectful to the house. The only problem that I had because a handicap it meant that dreams wanted me to pay an extra 30 pounds to take it upstairs. I said no I managed to take it upstairs or by myself with the one hand. The other problem was the old mattress they wanted me to put it in a delivery bag that they gave me I brought it downstairs and I told the delivery guys I couldn’t do it because of obvious reasons they were very helpful and placed it in the delivery bag. The bed is brilliant. It was for my mom. She’s very comfortable with it. she sleeps well she wakes well. The only problem I had was all the extra charge has been mounted up even though I paid 30 pounds I think for delivery charge still have to pay another 30 pound to take it up 10 flights upstairs that to me is extortion. I can’t remember the exact date it was delivered. The name is N Meade.

Have to say it was a great experience from start to finish. From walking into the store through the excellent communications afterwards to the delivery and assembly - everything was spot on.
