Dreams - Weston super Mare Reviews 

We were met by John the salesman who welcomed us and asked if he could help. My Mum wanted something to her needs so John sorted her problems. She loves her new bed, gets a really good sleep, and she feels so much rested. Would recommend Dreams!!

The salesman (Andy) was patient, informed and not pushy. After visiting the store we researched other companies and came back to Dreams. We were kept informed of delivery which was on time. But most important we've had the best night’s sleep!

From choosing a mattress , ordering and delivery -the whole process was very efficient friendly and professional. We are now enjoying our new mattress and having a blissful sleep.

Visited store in WSM and were able to get a mattress to suit budget (reduced display item). Sales team honoured price and arranged a quick delivery just before xmas. Delivery was as expected, product was what we purchased. No problems at all.

Came in uncertain what I was looking for I met a young man named Sam hurst, very helpful and charismatic and answered any questions I had. Left with a perfect bed for me. very happy with purchase and service from Sam.

Ken in Dreams Weston super Mare was excellent. He listened to our needs and offered different options for us to chose from. We used the interactive mattress which recommended which one was best for us. We were given a range of prices too and we were not pressurised to buy. A no stress buy !

My new mattress is very comfortable and the delivery man was helpful and friendly.

Looking for a specific type of bed; Dreams had it in stock and ready for delivery, great in this current economic climate to get it delivered quickly on the day I wanted and for free.

Very positive experience of Dreams beds. Very good sales staff and excellent delivery staff. Cant fault Dreams Beds. Bought a Harrison Spinks Mattress, very comfortable bed. Very pleased with our purchase. Would recommend.

Me and my 92 year old mother visited Weston super Mare store. She wanted her new bed to be comfortable and strong like her previous bed. John was helpful in explaining all the different types and allowed her to try them out for comfort in store. She liked the experience and can't wait for her now purchase to be delivered in four weeks time.

The staff at the shop were very welcoming and seamed to have a good knowledge of what they were selling with lots of advice.
They offered us a drink too whilst we were making our decisions and pondering.
