After shopping on dresswe for the first time I found that the quality of the clothes are actually really good. I ordered some dresses,shoes, and purses and they all arrived on time. My friends all said that I look very sexy in the clothes

at first I am so disappointed about shopping here, because I had waited about 4 weeks, but I still don't receive my sexy dress, so I email their customer service, they said that don't worry, your package is on the way, but i had waited so long, i really feel boring, but when i receive the package, i think my dress desercei me to wait so long, because it is really very beautiful, it's so perfect.so I am satisfied now.?

I love this store!!! I went there to purchase a few things for the summer and found many fashion items i like, ijust can't hold my purse.and the website is easily to make orders. the shipping is late about 4 days, but i don't care about this, because the items looks just like it did on the website. i would like to buy my fall items from here, it's really my style.

Great looking clothing with a nice price. This store is easy to use, my items arrived just a little late, but the other is good, such as customer service, and I couldn't be happier with them!

I'm not writing this review to get a solution to my issues, im writing so others may know and can make the best choice when decided whether to shop at dresswe.com or not. My dress came exactly as the picture like I ordered, and fit well as it was ordered to my size. I'm pleased with the quality of the material and the dress in general. However the customer service I received was unsatisfactory. My order tab was never updated and I also had to message customer service for my order updates. I was told on one occasion my dress would be shipping within a week or so, and once the time frame came and passed I inquired as to why I had not recieved a shipping update message, and was told that they needed to know my deadline so they could ship it on time. So basically I was lied to about shipping the first time. I paid shipping 3 times on my order. Once when I first paid the order but 2 more times for international shipping which was not mentioned before purchasing. Customer service had timely replies but was sometimes untruthful and it was inconvenient having to message them everytime you wanted to know what stage your order was in. A great quality dress but less than average customer service. So buyer beware this website will cost you a lot of patience and time and some hidden fees.

I should have read the reviews first!! It would have saved me time and money. Everything has already been said. They can't handle simple questions and it takes FOREVER for any product to be sent. It says on their website that dresses take 8 to 12 days to make, then it takes another 5 - 8 days to ship. After 13 days my dress had not even been finished yet. I emailed them many times to find out how long it will take to ship, and if it's not going to get to me in time, then I wanted to cancel the order. If I cancelled i would only get 50% of what I paid. Poor business practice, even worse customer service. Don't waste your time, buy local and save your sanity.

I placed my order since 15 MARCH surprisingly they demanded the payment immediately and once it was done until today I tried calling with no answer, sending email and just getting a stupid reply that dose not answer my inquiry. Even their online chatting is a big joke.

I recommend not to buy anything from this site. If you are going to do so then your better off setting your money on fire.

I normally don't write reviews but since this store has so many mixed reviews, I thought I needed to share my very positive experience! I Ordered a black dress.The items came in within 10 days of ordering and were extremely good quality for the price! My experience with Dresswe and their customer service has been nothing but pleasant and I would definitely recommend the store and order again.

I love it very much, great fit and I did not expect that it will be so beautiful. Thanks for great experience.

I got a dress from here that was gorgeous but the neckline needed to be fixed by a tailor before the dress was presentable. It was supposed to have a sweetheart neckline but had a strange wandering line for a neckline instead. I contacted dresswe before I had alterations made and they offered no discount, no refund...they said I should have it fixed by a local tailor or sell the dress. :/

I ordered a pair of boots of their web-site. The description said they were leather and the picture had nice heavy buckles and solid heels. My boots came 4 weeks later and they are "imitation" leather. It even says so on the box. The buckles are cheap little craft store buckles and they do not have the same heel. I have asked their customer service in four different e-mails for return instructions and they will not let me return them. This is what they said. "But we may have a misunderstand about the word of leather." I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped here. I will never make that mistake again. Do not not waste your money here.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding from dresswe.com. Whenever they arrived they did not fit well and I cannot wear them for the wedding. I contacted customer service, per policy, to return them within thirty days of arrival. Customer service has shown me no flexibility or understanding and will not except the return/issue me a refund. I feel that the return policy is misleading and manipulative. I would never have ordered these shoes if I had known the reality of the return policy on the website. I would not recommend this website to anyone for any reason.

I needed specific colors and they were able to accommodate me. I also needed it a little longer. However, it is not true to size and I now don't have a dress to wear. I have just contacted them and know they will be back in touch with me tomorrow. Their contact is excellent. I believe they will try to correct my issue. I will re-post after hearing back from their customer service. The dress is totally awesome. I do want to be able to wear it. It is for my 50th class reunion.
UPDATE: Never received the correct size dress. Make sure you are dealing with an American company. No response!!

They sent me the wrong size and will only send me the correct size if i pay them again! They refuse to refund me my money even though they made the mistake. Absolute nightmare. Don't use them or you will regret it.

Worst ever! I ordered a beautiful silver dress for a wedding.
They shipped the WRONG dress, in the wrong colour, in the wrong size. (It's a vomit pink off the shoulder thing.)
Spent a month back and forth emailing . They wanted photos, I sent a TON, including on of me attempting to squish into the vomit.
I took pictures of my invoice, took a screen capture of the right dress, Sent EVERYTHING.
I get emails back saying " we're sorry you don't like the dress you ordered, and we cant see the photos"
I didn't ORDER this dress. Of course I don't like it. No one likes it. it's hideous.
Funny, you're the only ones that can't open the email, that can't see the photos. I've sent them to a lot of others with you cc'd on it. No one else has an issue.
I really wish I'd have listened to the reviews before ordering.

Do not, and I repeat, do not buy from this site. The sizes are not what they claim and then they make it impossible to return. Quality is low. If you look at the 5 star reviews, they are all internal. English written poorly. They are a bunch of crooks.

Waited quite a long time for delivery - 3 weeks. Emailed after two with no response when I asked for them to track my order. I had no email telling me they had been dispatched.

The shoes were sent in the wrong size and were poorly made. The back slants in too far and does not match the shape of the leg and heel. Unwearable. £62 not well spent at all. Now trying to get them to reply so that I can return and be refunded..

Worst. Site. Ever!! I bought six dresses through this site for prom. One arrived within one month and fit nice. The next one arrived in six weeks and had problems with uneven hem, and loose threading throughout. The next one arrived in seven weeks and fit nice. The fourth one arrived in eight weeks and was not as nice as the one on the website. The fifth arrived over two months after the order was placed - after prom. The sixth, well, after two months I wrote and told them to forget it, so I got a refund. Worst customer service. They would respond promptly if there was a sale to be made and always sent the same kind of 'fill in the gap' response, but no real answer. After two months, and sending photos of the one damaged dress, they refuse to refund my money for it because it is too late! Then, when I send an email complaining, I get a very prompt response from them about my 'american mouth'!

Don't be fooled by the pretty photos and cheap prices like I was! This is a Chinese sweat shop. And, please note that almost every Five Star review is written in choppy English. Hmmmm? Wonder who is writing these reviews. Perhaps they should be at the sewing machine or post office instead of writing fake reviews.

Dress is very nice, but the delivery was too slow, I've been waiting for almost half a month!! But the dress is in customized, which fits me very well
