STAIN, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LARGE IMPORT CHARGES

I bought a dress for a masquerade ball. The dress arrived on time and everything and the site was replying to my queries about delivery time. When the dress arrived it had several glue stains on it. I emailed them to request some money back since I would have to pay for the dress to be dry cleaned. They offered me $10 of the $142 dollars I had paid for the dress. This was not enough to cover dry cleaning it. I then replied saying that that offer was not enough and that I wanted to return the dress for a full refund so I could get a different one. They did not reply to this email or the next few emails I sent regarding this matter. I finally got some money back but only because I contacted them through paypal and they eventually agreed to give me $50 back. If you are going to use this site, MAKE SURE YOU PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I also got an invoice for another $50 dollars from the delivery company for the import costs which were a lot higher than I had anticipated. I wouldn't recommend this website and I won't be using it again.

Normally say if there's paillette or bead on dress, we use glue to make it, so if there's glue stain on dress is reasonalable. But if you want to make it dry cleaned, we feel in duty to pay you $10. Please make it clear that we pay you $10 not because we are afraid of being complait only because these glus things, neither does $50 bay paypal. We want only to make our service better.

CUSTOM MADE DRESS IS GOOD

My wife ordered her party dress here, in custom size. So we can't return it back after just once wear. I think that's not very good for me. I PAID FOR IT!!

Bad experience

I ordered 3 items last month, the total amount exceeding $128, shipping is free. But I received only one dress after 2 weeks, I contacted customer service and was asked to pay for the shipping of the 2 missing items if I still want them. I placed a dispute with paypal and I am still waiting.... no answer from dresswe since 3 weeks!!!!
Moreover the dress I received was very disappointing, it does not fit despite custom made. They cut the hips area too high and since this is a mermaid dress, there is an excess of cloth on top of the hips. It is too tight at the hips and thighs I cannot move nor sit. the measurement at the hips is 2cm less than the measurement I gave. I sent them photos for a dispute but was told that the dress was fine and acceptable to them, to please keep the dress and to make adjustments... Unfortunately this cannot be done since no the dress is tight and not loose, there is no space to do so!!!! The stitches are loose and ribbon roughly cut as if done by a child.... Very cheap quality!! DO NOT BUY ON DRESSWE... PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS!!!!!

Dresswe reply after I posted review and gave me a tracking number but missing items never came to destination!!!! Instead it was delivered to the seller in Guangzhou!!!!!!! Sent them an email three days ago, they do not answer back!!!!!

Dresswe finally solved the problem to our satisfaction. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE

You will get a dress that does NOT look like the picture, shoddy sewing and doesn't sit properly. They will NOT refund your money.

No luck trying to return a dress within the 7 day return policy

I bought a dress that is too small. I am trying to return the dress and I have sent 4 emails in the last 5 days and no response as of yet. The website states that to return you must contact customer service, no instructions other than that are given for returning. Also, live chat is not active on the website, so that is not an option. I have tried calling the number listed and have had no luck. I think I have learned an expensive lesson

We feel sorry to make you such a trouble. In order to avoid this kind of matter happen again, I can give you several tips:
1.Don't call us in daytime.As you know our company is located in China, which country have at least 13 hours time difference with you, it means we work while you're having rest in night. Our customer didn't work for 24 hours, so it may not be answered when your calling is in daytime. You can call us after 21:00 p.m.
2.Only custom-made-size dress need to contact our stuffs while you want to return it. Standard-size clothes does not. Please make sure your dress is undamaged and in original package, keep the tags, and turn it back in 7 days after delivery date. If your want to turn it back, you'll pay the round trip feight fee.

SENT EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE

I placed an order yesterday and realize that I mistakenly select the wrong color. Sent 2 email messages with no response back . Also, there is no live chat even though it is listed on the web site. The telephone number is not an 800.

Very disappointed!!

I've tried many times to contact dress we.com but I never got an answer.
I ordered a bridal jacket and was really disappointed about the material and quality, so I wanted to give the article back. Since then, 2 month later, I never received an answer or of course didn't get my money back!
I recommend not buying anything from Dresswe.com!
They won't help you if you have a problem.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!

I've tried MANY times to contact dress we.com both by phone and email. I talked to two people who told me they would read my emails and get back to me right before they hung up on me and nothing happened. Not even an acknowledgement that they received the email. I was friendly in my attempt to make my problem clear all they would say was they would check the email

My daughter's dress was made too small, we gave dimensions and it came to us 1-4 inches too small in the waist area first of all because the entire waist section was put in upside-down and second because they brought it in too much. I sent pictures of the problem and no one did anything.

We needed this dress right away for her Prom, so after two weeks of no help, I had to have it altered and had to pay $40 to have it done on top of the $120 I paid to Dresswe.com

I highly recommend NOT buying anything from Dresswe.com! They won't help you if you have a problem.

CHEAPY SANDALS/SHOES

Bought 2 pairs of sandals and I was very disappointed on the appearance and quality of both; they put it on big discount but even with the discounted price is not even worth the price even half of its discounted price, especially it's a brand less product plus extremely poor quality, I was planning to return it but it might even cause me more hassle. They are trying to attract their customers by putting attractive pictures.

Untrustworthy, not serious in doing business

I bought a dress and paid for it. Two days later they told me it is out of stock. The funny thing is that it is still available at their website now. I asked a refund an they keep telling me to pick something else which I do not want to do. Tey forced me to escalate this into a PayPal claim. Do not deal with them.

Be VERY careful!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and it took a month to get here. When i finaly did get them they were too big and VERY poorly made and looked nothing like the picture, when i try to email them for return information it doesnt let me send the email, the submit button doesnt send, I tried calling them and imagine that....its always busy! you cannot get a hold of these people! looks like im stuck with a pair of crappy shoes! this site wouldnt even get a one star!!!!

Lack in service

Hello, i ordered 3 dress at dresswe and paid my order by paypal via "check out with paypal". But at this moment, i didn't have an account on dresswe yet. So actually i can't have any info about my number order or delivery shipping. The only info i have is my number of my transaction in paypal with dresswe. Irresponsive. Very slow at updating the order status.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago (order number: 132100). i have emailed them twice asking about the order status. there were absolutely no response. i put in a note when i placed the order that i would need the dress by Apr 24 for a very special event, but it seems like no one in the company has read it. there is not any number that you can contact. if you want to check on your order, or have any questions to ask, just send in an email, and wait. I personally do not think this is how a business should be run. we need to communicate. very not pleased.

I'm Satisfied

I was so unsure after I ordered from this site. I was nervous because I read all the reviews and it discouraged me. So about a week later I emailed them because I wanted to make sure I was going to get my dress. I emailed them 3 times and I didnt get a response. I then emailed them a 4th time and this time i got an email back. I realize that they are busy and they get many orders so its hard to keep up with everything. You just have to try and keep in touch with them. I was always trying to keep in touch and I had two people check my order and sure enough it arrived here right on time and got here a day after shipping out. When I got the dress and opened it i fell in love. It was beautiful and I love it so much. They did very good. We need to keep in mind they have thousands of orders and it takes time.

Unresponsive and not pleased

I ordered a dress for my daughter on 3.30.14 and was told it would take 8-10 days for delivery. I paid $20 for Standard delivery figuring I would have enough time for her Sweet 16 Birthday party THIS SATURDAY 4.12.14. I have viewed my order daily and it states it HASN'T even been shipped yet. I have emailed this company 2 times with NO response. I now will probably have to SCRAMBLE to go find her a NEW dress locally. I am very displeased with this service (or lack of service).

Lack of response infuriating

I wish I had checked out the company before placing order. Beautiful dresses but absolutely NO customer service. They have no problem taking my $240 that includes $30 I. Expedited shipping. Prom is this
Saturday April 12 and No dress for my senior. Extremely disappointed.

Scared to death

My daughter placed her order for her dress on March 6th, and a month later have heard nothing. I've emailed them SEVERAL times, and have gotten no response. Her prom is in 2 weeks, and we're freaking out that when (if) the dress gets here, it won't fit and we'll be SOL. This isn't the kind of stress any 18 year old should be under, and I should've read more reviews before ordering her dress on dresswe.com. I am seriously regretting it now. They Suck at making their Customers Happy!!!!

I order a dress from this company and they said you have 30 days to return the item in its original packing. well I was unhappy with the dress it was too small. So I emailed over 5 times and didn't get a responded. So then I emailed them pictures which it takes them forever to email you back AGAIN and they told me that it was my fault and that they couldn't do anything to fix it so I had to rush and find a grown for the ball at the last minute. I will NEVER order from them again or recommended anyone to them....plus I paid extra for the dress to come early

Horrible and they steal!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my girlfriend's birthday about 2-3 weeks ago and I had payed for it to come within 2-5 days. Her birthday is THIS WEEK FRIDAY and I STILL have no shoes. I payed $120.90 for them to come but they have yet to arrive. I read reviews saying not to trust them but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. But now I change my mind.
