An absolutely appalling response from Audi Epsom. I’d avoid at all costs if I were you.
A friend of mine bought a 2021 Audi A3 as an Approved Used vehicle, expecting reliability. At just 29,000 miles, the entire 5F system has failed - a major component - and she has been quoted £5,000 to fix it OR they suggested using a third party for £2000, whilst offering no goodwill whatsoever.
Before it failed, the screen was noticeably hot. Despite this, Audi have said they’re “unable to fully investigate” the cause, while still expecting her to pay the full cost.
For a premium brand like Audi, this is unacceptable. A major system failure at this mileage should not happen, and the lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.
This experience has not only resulted in the loss of an extremely loyal customer and her family (who all own Audi vehicles), but as a customer myself, I will certainly never buy an Audi vehicle again.

Great buying opportunity experience, Agi made the entire process smooth and efficient.

I bought a new Audi A3 from this dealer and they were great in every way; responsive, fair, welcoming without being pushy and answered my questions honestly and accurately. There was no attempted upselling. I traded in an old car and was given a fair valuation which exceeded other online buyers.
I was given a detailed handover and can honestly say that the whole experience was reliable and stress-free.

Hi, our experience at the Walton branch was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience mainly due to the excellent service provided by the staff but mainly due to the attention and service provided by sales personnel Rahim Velji. He made us feel extremely welcome, provided us with all the information we requested, responded to our emails promptly and looked after us throughout. We are very happy with the vehicles we purchased and hope any future sales personnel match up to Rahim’s customer service. He has a very nice attentive and professional manner.

An excellent experience buying a car at Drift Bridge. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Especially Helen and James who both made it very enjoyable at every stage, from the first phone call to picking my new car up, what a great team they make.
A very customer, thank you.

We purchased our first Audi — a 2020 Audi e-tron — from Drift Bridge Audi in Epsom in September 2025. The initial sales experience was positive overall, and the process of trading in our previous car was straightforward, although there was some pressure to purchase additional add-ons.
Unfortunately, shortly after collecting the vehicle, we experienced our first issue: a fault with the wing mirror camera. The dealership resolved this under warranty and provided a courtesy car without any problems.
However, since that initial repair, the vehicle has been plagued by ongoing issues and has returned to the dealership numerous times. These include:
• Nearside wing mirror/camera fault (replaced shortly after purchase)
• Persistent water ingress, first reported in November
• Sloshing noise inside the cabin (later attributed to a blocked drain, cleared on 26/01)
• Water staining to the headlining around the sunroof following drainage work
• Offside wing mirror/camera now intermittently faulty
• Signs of poor-quality previous bodywork repairs (overspray on the front bumper and missing trim)
• Excessive wind/road noise from the nearside front passenger door
• Vehicle entering fault mode on two occasions, rendering it undriveable
• Offside charging port has stopped working entirely since January
• Vehicle intermittently failing to turn on, leaving us stranded — with advice simply to “turn it off and on again”
In addition to the vehicle faults, our experience with courtesy cars has been frustrating. While our car has been in the workshop for extended periods, we have been repeatedly asked to return courtesy vehicles at short notice because they were part of the dealership’s sales stock and had been sold. This has caused significant inconvenience, requiring us to rearrange replacement vehicles. On one occasion, a “new” courtesy car was delivered with an engine warning light already present.
Given the frequency and seriousness of these issues — particularly water ingress, electrical faults, and evidence of prior repairs — we have completely lost confidence in the vehicle as a safe and reliable family car. We have requested either a return of the vehicle or, at minimum, an extended warranty to cover the duration of our finance agreement.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, communication has been poor, with little sense of ownership or resolution. The car has recently been returned to us after further investigation, although issues still persist, including a fault with the driver’s side camera.
We chose to support a local dealership and expected a premium experience from Audi. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership — or the brand — again. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience so others do not encounter the same issues.

Having presented myself at Skoda Driftbridge for the first time ever, with a fault with my car, they were able to fit it in to their schedule and have it returned to me within a couple of days, whilst able to find me a courtesy car. Through out my dealings with all members of staff I have received nothing less than total professionalism. Friendly, knowledgeable, able to answer any questions and helpful. I was always kept informed of progress, even though the repair was carried out quickly.
I thoroughly recommend Skoda of Driftbridge.

Jake was very patient with me, as I've never driven an automatic before which I'm now loving. Also he helped me get set up with all the tech, and connected my phone and showed me how to make things easy.
