Here's a 5-star review:if you are looking for stress free professional experience James is your man
Here's a 5-star review:
"I recently had the pleasure of dealing with James at Walton Audi and I couldn't be happier with the experience! James was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely listened to my wants and needs. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a decision, without ever applying pressure.
His reassurance and approachability made the whole process a breeze. James kept me updated on progress every step of the way, and the whole team were friendly and welcoming - a great representation for Audi!
If you're looking for an stress-free, professional experience, James is your man. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10!

Initially good, very professional
Whilst my purchase & collection experience was excellent the information I requested to be sent to me has not been sent. Since my initial review i have had very positive contact with Driftbridge, in particular their sales Executive Mark.
I continue to enjoy my Audi driving experience.

the worst experience of my life
First of all, I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
I ordered a new car from them a few months ago for over £65,000. Everything was fine until I went to pick it up. After removing the cover in their collection room, I saw that the car had a damaged bumper (on a brand-new car). I asked what had happened and was told that the damage wasn’t there the day before, which was a lie — the previous day they had sent me photos of the car already waiting, clearly showing the exact same damage. They were probably hoping I wouldn’t notice, drive away, and then be blamed for it myself.
I spoke to the manager, who also pretended nothing had happened. After thoroughly inspecting the car, I discovered much more damage than just the bumper: a scratched rear window and windshield, a scratch on the dashboard, a damaged seal, scratches on the interior door handle, and several other defects.
I contacted them and proposed three possible solutions, none of which were acceptable to them. They even tried to force me to leave the car with them for a week so they could repaint the bumper (which, in reality, would most likely have been a cheap Smart Repair). I exchanged emails with them for over two weeks with no resolution, as these people clearly don’t care about their customers and instead impose conditions on you for damage they themselves caused.
At just 90 miles (with only 46 miles on the clock when collected), the car broke down due to a sensor failure — likely related to the unresolved bumper issue, which was the only thing I had asked them to fix. I refused to take the car back to these liars. After contacting other Audi centres, I was given an appointment almost four weeks later.
Because of this entire situation and the constant lies from Walton Audi, I decided to return the car. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. These people treat customers like absolute garbage. And for the record, I initially asked for a reasonable solution to a problem they created, instead of immediately returning the car.
If you value your money and don’t want to receive a damaged vehicle that is supposed to be new — or deal with issues that should be fixed immediately — avoid this place. Dealerships like Walton Audi should have been shut down long ago. They pretend to be great until you buy something, and then they treat you worse than…
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the entire car-buying process was incredibly easy, and the customer service was fantastic. Everything was explained clearly, there was no pressure, and I felt supported the whole time. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Great customer service
I recently upgraded my Q8 for a new Q5 Hybrid and the sales staff made the process simple and easy to do. They were clear on trade-in values and kept me informed about the build timeline of the new car. Come change over time they were very helpful when there were a few problems on my side. Great customer service. Very pleased with everything.

Probably the most efficient and professional exchange of cars I have experienced in the 50+ years I have owned a car. Mr Tony DiGregorio ensured the trade in of my old vehicle and the commissioning of my new vehicle was smooth and pleasant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Walton Audi as a truly professional organisation.
