I have no complaints at all with Drinksupermafket.com however the delivery driver from Yodel was rude and threatened to take the delivery back because he didn't like dogs.

Great shop to deal with

Great shop to deal with, an endless choice of drinks of just about anything you can think of. Very easy to find your way around the shop, quick dispatch and delivery time!. Bottles arrived in tip top condition and were really well packed, very happy

I was sent the wrong bottle of drink…

I was sent the wrong bottle of drink twice. The first time I except mistakes get made and it was handled smoothly but waiting all day again for the second delivery to also be wrong is ridiculous

Great service
Apart from Yodel letting them down and not delivering on time!
However drink supermarket refunded me my delivery straight away without delay

The worst packed case of wine ever

First order - 12 bottles of wine. Sent in ridiculously large box, with negligible packing, so bottles lying down, or angle. Defies belief none broken.
Suggested the least they should do is refund the charge for delivery - instead they offered 5% off next order. There will be no next order

Shocking service awful customer service

Shocking service l, rang 3 times and I was assured my order was in its way, despite Yodel stating awaiting from supplier, they n the 5 th working day I got an email stating refunded as I hadn’t received it!! Turns out the order never left the company someone from the company confirmed this was n the day they assured it was going to be delivered! Wouldn’t use them again due to the poor customer service, the gentleman I spoke to was rude the girl who confirmed refund was the most helpful one!

They take money and never deliver

I paid for 2 bottle of Soplica, next day delivery.
3 days have passed now, it was not delivered to me. Yodel gave it to the wrong address and can't tell me where it is. So Effectively I've had my money stolen by DrinkSupermarket and/or Yodel. I paid them to receive nothing and nothing seems to be done

Reply to the below:
I will happily show you the invoice with £7.95 for next day delivery.
I asked for the geobtag information as was never given it (happy to share the email trail with your customer service) and the picture of the delivery was not my front door)
I have already spoken to you customer service via email and had no help except for "check with your neighbours" which I have done and still no resolution.

Thank you for your review. Some of the information in your review doesn't match what you ordered. You ordered more than 2 bottles and selected standard delivery (not next day). According to tracking information the goods were delivered (with a GPS scan location) to your address and in tact, along with an image of the delivery. If you require any support then reach out to our customer support team.

Arranged for my delivery to go an In…

Arranged for my delivery to go an In Post Locker as would not be available at home, this was arranged before the parcel was out for delivery, at a local In Post Locker shop open from 6-11
Was told delivery had been returned to Drinks Supermarket as they could not gain access to store.
I feel this is the problem with Yodel, I have had repeated problems with their deliveries, it is as if they cannot be bothered to deliver. I have since reordered with another supplier on Monday, it is being delivered today
