Great experience
Shuttle transfer arrived promptly. Somehow the system showed I had booked two cars. This was quickly corrected by RK without any fuss. I was also given a free upgrade to an automatic. Handover process was great with time taken to show all the little marks. Car itself was great. All in all an excellent experience.

The pickup from Belfast International…
The pickup from Belfast International airport did not happen. We had to get a taxi for £13 to Karl Industrial park. The taxi driver informed us that taking customers to the drivalia office is a daily occurrence. Once at the office the process was very quick and straightforward, pre checkin of our documents was very useful initiative. We received a free upgrade. If the office had the shuttle waiting for the customers off the flights there would be no issues and i would give RK 5 stars.

Friendly and helpful
We booked our car hire when booking flights with easyjet. Speedy collection from the airport and drop off. I booked a small car for me and my kids when booking and then hubby decided to join us. Tony upgraded the car for free so kids had more room, he explained everything when we collected the car with a smile. Highly recommend using them again

The process at collection was awful
The process at collection was awful. Card machine wouldn’t accept our card and ended up losing our booking fee for the car along with a lot of time. The guys at the desk - whilst pleasant - where extremely pushy trying to sell their insurance extras - pushing for excess etc. One person walked out while we were there. We won’t be using drivalia Belfast nor recommending them to anyone.
This experience was exactly the horror story car rental you hear of!

Got in to trouble last minute
Got in to trouble last minute, luckily these guys saved the day, picked me up from the airport took me to there depot and I was on the road within 15 mins, all credit to RK, NB Who arranged it all and there friendly driver rob who picked me up, every single person I’ve mentioned is an asset to Drivalia, keep up the amazing work gents!
