Confirmation stated shuttle service- there was none!
Reception service very poor - very long wait with all customers in waiting room being very dissatisfied.
Cars were not prepared and ready for collection. Had to wait for the clean/quick wash to take place.
Vehicle inspection/ explanation substandard to other renatal companies that I’ve used
Was advised that the £1500 deposit on my credit card would take 28days after vehicle inspection to be emiminatated and this was despite having paid for the ‘platinum’ insurance extra payment.
I generally have the feeling of being ‘ripped off’.
A very unsatisfactory experience. I would definitely not recommend.

Highly Recommended
The location is just a short walk from the airport but the prices are better for not having to pay airport fees.
I was delighted with the car but, most importantly
Collection and return was very easy
But most of all I was delighted with Drivalia’s people:
A gentleman with a South African accent who at check in, despite the teaming rain, the long queue of customers continued efficiently while keeping his calm and being friendly; quite a feat
A lady from Toledo Spain who was equally efficient and friendly.

Great service
Today I picked up my hire car from Bristol airport, I was greeted by name by a very polite and helpful gentleman (Mark ) who was on loan from another depot (Gatwick). He took the time to show me around the car explain were things were and generally was a credit to your company.

Bad experience just for a flight delay
I used may times drivalia Bristol without problems but yhe last time was a bad experience. The flight was delayed , but I made a phone call 4 hours before the pickup time. I arrived 2 hours late, almost at closure time, and I was told my car wasn't there any more . After insisting and forcing the employee to check the phone records, finally I got the car.

The worst car rental company i have…
The worst car rental company i have worked with . DO NOT RENT FROM DRIVALIA!!!! TERRIBLE!!!
I arrived from my flight at Bristol airport that was slightly delayed arround 16:00, I had to walk to DRIVALIA, that closes at 17:00 to pick up my car that I had booked 2 mouths before and wen I arrived i was dealing with an extremely rude and unpleasant man at the desk that all he was doing was trying to close up because it was almost 17:00 to close time and what happened was that my credit card didn't go through for no reason because it was working fine and worked fine after that so I wasn't able to pick up my car and even worse was that the man once again because of his hurry rent out the that was supposed to be for the to another customer behind me on the spot ! Terrible experience in every way

Quick, helpful, and a free upgrade because I was early!
A scratch on the car was clearly visible in the report I received up-front, so no worries I would be held accountable for that. Honest and transparent, really appreciated that service!

What a distressing experience
What a distressing experience, first time renting a car from this company, never again!
Plane landed 20 minutes late, and I walk quite slow due to heart issues, it was pouring with rain and when I arrived I was told by a male member of staff I was late, by the way I had uploaded required flight times and flight numbers thinking they could track the flight!!
I was told that due to being late my car was no longer available and at a cost of £288 I could upgrade, I was already upset and there was absolutely no understanding at all, I had no choice as I couldn’t walk any further, complete scam
I also tried calling twice, no response !!!!
