AVOID, BEWARE, SCAMMERS!! ZERO STARS
We booked through Booking.com. Paid in full for the car and the insurance. You would think that the car would be ready for you once you pay in full £280.
However our flight was delayed and you guessed it our car was sold to someone else.
We were lucky we were told, because they had only one car available and that would cost us a further £336.
Late at night after a long day we had no option but to pay. So if you feel like being scammed the go right ahead and book with these guys. Otherwise stick to established car rental firms.

Waited over 30 minutes outside in…
Waited over 30 minutes outside in freezing condition for the shuttle bus at Edinburgh airport.
It took over an hour to process my rental agreement
The washer fluid ran out after only a few uses, which was very inconvenient and potentially dangerous due to the wet and snowy weather conditions
The option when I booked online there was an option to return the car to Newcastle railway station. This option was not allowed by the ajent at Edinburgh .
The only drop off was at Newcastle airport, but the off site location was difficult to find due to being off the main road with no visible signs to identify it.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
