Second time renting from this company
Second time renting from this company. First time was a van and after that I returned because I needed a car on short notice. I can’t fault they provide at all. Everything was so quick easy and simple especially if you upload everything before the booking at home. All I had to do was go in and sign and was handed the keys. Keep up the great work.

Avoid - illegal practices
Drivalia took a £1,500 deposit from me and then cancelled the booking themselves while I was at the facility - without my consent.
No car was provided. No service was delivered. Yet they continue to hold the entire deposit.
Under UK consumer law, a company cannot legally retain a customer’s money when they cancel the contract, but that is exactly what happened.
Communication was poor, customer service was unhelpful, and the company took no responsibility for their cancellation. I am now escalating through my bank, Trading Standards, and small-claims.
In my experience, this is a deeply untrustworthy and unprofessional company, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

I hired a car from drivalia in Leeds…
I hired a car from drivalia in Leeds bradford and was served by a member of the hire company whose sales manner was very aggressive trying to force me to take out the extra insurance this made me do extra checks on condishion of car and found several marks that were ont on inspection sheet took several photos of all marks on car and brought them to there sales man.then when I was returning the car I checked the photo of the dash board to check how muçh fuel was in the tank when I started the hire photo seemed to show full tank so I filled the tank to full. But had only traveled 200 miles and questioned representative when returned the car he apologise said the photo of the dashboard was wrong that the car only had a quarter tank when I hired it out and he would ask for a credit for the extra fuel
As it did look like it was a full tank on photo called customer service what a waste of time that was i will Never hire from them again would not recommend to anyone .
