Complete scam/rip off company
Complete rip off company. Operating a scam particularly aimed at lone women. Wife booked vehicle Car Jet and arrived at the Drivalia hut to collect car where upon the agent duly tried to upsell their insurance stating should " anything happen to the wheels" you will need this to avoid charge. He then walked around the vehicle pointing out severe areas of panel damage on the nearside panels and front wheel. He didnt point out any other defects and only walked around the side with damage. My trusting wife took him at his word ans duly drive off without taking thier £33 a day extra cover. They insisted on a £1500 credit card cover " for any eventualities" 3 days later car returned and the agent armed with his " system tablet" began his checks and ignoring everthing he proceeded to the o/s/f wheel and highlighted some slight cosmetic rim damage which was not highlighted on his " system tablet". The car was not damaged by us and he clearly knew where to look and proceeded to explain we would have to pay £210 for the repair. I have been in trade for 40 years and if the "repair" amounted to more than £50 I would be amazed. The "repair" would have been a buff and polish at worst. This is clearly a company who are in the business of dishonestly creating scenarios to rip off targeted vulnerable individuals. Dishonest and immoral they are a disgrace
