Me and my wife visted drivalia for a van hire excellet customer service from Billy from start to finish i also took out the full protection cover to give me peace of mind in an event of any damage as it was my first time driving a big van. Billy also mentioned he could add an extra driver for a small charge on a van or a car which i didn't no about as im looking to book again.

NO CAR. NO REFUND. GANGSTERS
Paid for car in full through Ryanair website.
Car never arrived after arriving in Leeds Airport, despite ringing Drivalia office and been told, someone would drop it off to us in 10 min.
No car arrived
No email received as per email below
No body answered phones for 45 mins
No customer service
Run a mile from these shower

RUN A MILE FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.
Thank you for your patience while we further investigated your recent car rental claim, in reference 772870627.
Drivalia has informed us they won’t be processing a refund on this occasion. They further advised that the vehicle was on site clean and ready for you. They attempted to establish contact at your arrival time, via email but did not receive a response. The staff members stayed and did laps back and forth to the airport but they could not locate you. Furthermore, the staff left their shift late on that date just to try and fulfil your booking.
Based on the above, it appears there was difficulties on both sides to establish contact and to fulfil this booking. Drivalia insists . could not locate you, and from your side, it appears they could not be contacted via phone

Booked a car to collect at 6pm, arrived at 6pm & saw some staff leaving the yard, tried the office door & it was locked! No answer from any customer services numbers, web chat promised a call back & nothing. Then told by the very rude manager this morning that " it's common sense to arrive 15 minutes before the agreed time" Worst business I've ever dealt with!

Do not use!!!!!! Total scam. All positive reviews are fake. Have you noticed as soon as there is a negative review new positive reviews will appear to dump the negative reviews down the list.
We paid for a car and when we arrived the phone lines were not working and No one was at the office. We were left stranded and then closed there office. we had no way of getting to our destination.
We have requested a refund and heard nothing back. The only communication we have got is to a review. Their reply is nothing but a cut and paste reply for us to report the issue on their portal which we have done and heard nothing back. This reply to the reviews are just for show to try and present to customers that they have tried to resolve the issue but you hear nothing!!!
Total scam!!!!!! Watch how new all of a sudden positive reviews appear after this (they have their staff and friends create accounts and submit fake reviews)

Rented a van for a quick tip run at the Leeds Office. The staff were really nice everything was very quick both collection and returning the vehicle. Overall happy with the service and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The reviews on their Google are fake, as a member of staff was able to tell me they are encouraged by the company to get family and themselves to put positive reviews up when they get a negative one to bump it down.
I hired a car with this company, and what I can say is that it was the worst service I have ever had.
I arrived at Leeds Bradford airport and called the number provided to arrange the shuttle. The number was presented as a busy line. I decided to go to the car hire village and collect the car. I was advised to call the booking line to inform Driviala that I was at the car hire village, and their phone lines were not working. I talked to Alex and he told me I would be collected from the Avis office. I waited for over an hour and no one arrived. I then called back, and the office was closed.
I am still fighting for a refund. I was left stranded at 6.30pm with two babies and had been contacting them since 4.30pm. There has been no apology nothing. Do not use this company

Great service and Value for money.
Hired a car from Leeds Bradford branch, and had superb service from Rehan, we were collected promptly from the airport, and dealt with quickly through the check in. Rehan also explained everything to me about driving an electric automatic car, as this was my first time driving one.
I will definitely be using Drivalia again.
