It doesn't matter who serves me at Luton Branch, they are all so helpful and professional. What a lovely bunch of staff!

Always give the best service, each and every staff member.

Very quick in getting the car and was on the road in no time . But when leaving Luton airport to collect the car make sure you get on the correct bus i was sent to the wrong bay and had to go back to the airport to get a different bus .

Generally OK, but long retainment creditcard excess
Services generally ok, we were helped quickly. A drawback was the fact that they keep the creditcard excess reservation for up to 28 days. Take this in account when booking.

I so rent a car from Drivalia Luton few times a yearm. Smooth as usual. Cars are always in great condition . Just make sure you pre read all what you need to bring and show to hire the car. The process was quick and easy to do. Andrei at the Luton branch explained everything to me which other car hire companies hadn't done. I will definitely be using this company again. The hire of the car was half the cost of my usual car hire. This is great for me as I hire every 10 weeks.

Hired from the branch near Luton…
Hired from the branch near Luton airport in April 2025. Chose them as they were the cheapest I could find. Free bus that runs every 10-15 minutes to the off site parking where they are also located.
I went fully prepared with all the documentation listed in the pre rental advice. I was the only customer collecting at the time, and the process was fairly quick, possibly about 5-10 minutes I think, as I wasn't really watching the clock, and off I went.
Upon return a few days later there was a staff member outside so no waiting to hand back the car, a few checks, and we were done.
For me the pickup and return process efficiency is more important than the car itself, but just to round of this review, I hired their most basic car which was listed as a VW Polo type car, and was given a 5 door Renault Clio, which was well equiped for a basic hire car with satnav, carplay, cruise, keyless entry, aircon etc. It was 2 years old with 26k on the clock. It had some very minor scrapes and dinks, which I was advised about, and they also suggested I took my own photos, just to confirm this.
Probably one of the least stressful hires I've ever had, though as it was a UK experience I probably wasn't as stressed as I am after a longer international flight.
I would definately use them again.

Luton Branch - no pressure, no nonsense - very easy
Luton Branch - I've used Drivalia twice so far and have been very happy. Quick, straightforward, no hard sale on the excess insurance, no nonsense drop off (no looking for tiny scratches etc). I didn't receive the inspection reports by email the second time - I went onto the Drivalia website and used the contact form and it was all resolved within a couple of hours.
Couple of tips - try checking in online - it will avoid typos. Also the bus to/from airparks drops off at various points, so be sure to ask the driver, as most of the passengers are there for airparks.
