I had a great experience with Drivalia
I had a great experience with Drivalia. From the initial service to the return of the vehicle, everything was fast, well-organized, and highly professional. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described when I made the reservation.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process very easy. The price was fair, with no unexpected charges at the end.
I highly recommend Drivalia and will definitely rent from them again!

We have rented many times and never had a booking cancelled as - no show!
The plane was delayed, you had the flight no. so could confirm and we spent 50 min in your office waiting to be served as another customer was experiencing exactly the same issue!! Shocking behaviour.

As people from France do not have…
As people from France do not have credit card you charged me 200 pounds for extra assurance when i already had assurance . After contracting a stupid fine you delayed informing me and i was subject to a surcharge which amounted to 160 pounds then you wanted to bleed me with 120 pounds of admin fees which in fact was your own fault never again with Drivalia

Rude customer service, dented car, and extortion.
First car we hired from them was stained inside, badly dented down one side and should never have been sent out as a rental. The second one was far, far worse - since we were stranded in their Stansted office the rude, nasty staff pressured us into spending £615 more than the agreed price on excess insurance, otherwise they would not release the hire car. This is the dictionary definition of extortion, and from the below reviews you can see I am not their only victim.
Do not reply with a 'please log this in our portal' message - I have already done this, and fully expect it to be a 'whistling in the wind' exercise.

I'm a Hertz Gold customer but sadly their opening hours at Stansted aren't compatible with early flights in as don't open until 8!!
