Scammers on payment condition
They didnt accept the same credit card thar I used for booking the car. They said its Christmas time, you can not cancell your booking with Ryanair in the last minute, and the only chance that you have is to pay for the private Waiver which cost me additional 60 pounds per day

Looking to squeeze every penny out of customers
No point going into details , but got done on the arriving late scam (despite following all the instructions on the car voucher). The guy was more interested in trying to make a fast buck than genuinely help us. Walked away.

Will do anything to scam money out of you
I was an hour late arriving to get my car due to flight delay, got told the car I’d booked was ‘gone’ so I’d have to pay £85 extra a day for an ‘upgrade’

Worst experience I have ever had…
Worst experience I have ever had renting a car, the woman behind the desk was the most rude and unhelpful person I have had the chance of meeting.
My flight was delayed over 1.5hrs, and because of this I missed my pick up time, they then said they had given my car away and I would have to pay for an upgrade (this seems to be a common scam looking at other reviews) also as I was late they they are now charging me £25 a day extra, they don’t mention this in their t&c’s it’s all very vague.
Would avoid at all costs, had far better experiences with other car rentals.
