New purchase experience

My experience purchasing the vehicle has been nothing short of a disappointment. After I drove my purchase car off the lot I noticed a few things and immediately took it to Firestone for a vehicle inspection. The inspection revealed issues that needed to be addressed totaling a little over $2000. The car had a limited warranty and a claim was submitted. It was denied because they needed video. The video was submitted and the claim was denied because the vehicle needed to remain on location. Vehicle was brought back now the insurance coordinator has been MIA and the shop has been left on hold several times for over twenty minutes. I almost purchased the additional insurance and I’m glad I didn’t because claims are not taken seriously . I contacted the manager and was told my claim was approved and leave the vehicle but the shop has been trying endlessly to verify this. I haven’t had this car but a week and this has been my experience.

Horrible experience with Cassie Coffee

Let me just say Cassie Coffee is the worse car salesperson I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never return to DriveTime again. I highly suggest she receives a refreshers course in customer service. She was very rude and sarcastic. She thought her so called jokes were funny. When I mentioned how displeased I was with her services she laughed and said either I want the car or not. So basically she didn’t care rather or not she received the sale. I truly believe she was frustrated because it was close to closing time or maybe she was having a long day. Either way no customer should be treated in the matter as she did under any circumstance especially when l was nothing but nice to her even with her rude behavior. So NO I will not be purchasing the vehicle from this DriveTime or any other!!!

Cassie Jack of all Trades!

Did the application online and was approved. I pick out my card The car note was $345.00 a month. set up a appointment and drove all the way to the location on telegraph. Once a arrived they ran my credit again after I gave them the print out showing my approval status. Once I arrived the payment double and I was told I needed a cosigner. Left and went down the street and brought a car keeper and a lower car payment, with no cosigner. sorry but not sorry. The advertising is a lie.

Bad business DriveTime Taylor

I was sold a vehicle that had the check engine light on and faint ticking coming from the hood. Vehicle didn’t have check engine light during test drive on Friday. Next day, I paid my down payment got insurance and did the walk through before taking the vehicle, I noticed the check engine light during the walk through. Sales person advises they can’t sell me the car with the check engine light present, but the transaction was done so they did sell me a car with the check engine light present. They took the vehicle to the shop and told me they would call me Monday. Never received a call Monday and when I called in I was told vehicle wouldn’t be ready til end of week with no accommodation. I asked for my refund and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been told multiple times that my money should be in my bank account, when I speak wit my banking institution, there’s no money pending. It’s been over a week and I’ve still yet to receive my refund. I’ve gotten my lawyer involved. If it was going to take some time for me to get my refund, just say that but through the entire experience after paying my down payment I was treated like they didnt want my business or as if It’s not their problem anymore. Do better!
