Ugyen’s dedication to crafting a customized itinerary, even through numerous revisions and requests, was remarkable, matched by her prompt and helpful communication.
The accommodations provided surpassed my expectations, offering a high level of comfort and quality. What stood out even more was the exceptional hospitality and service-oriented approach of every hotel staff.
The explanations of my tour guide, Dorji, were noticeably more detailed than the other Bhutanese guides that I've passed by. He also had an excellent knack for recommending places that, while I wasn't initially keen, turned out to be pleasant surprises of the trip. His local knowledge and long tenure were invaluable in uncovering hidden gems, particularly on lunch places.
Finally, our driver, Tshering, ensured a safe and comfortable journey throughout, even on long travel days, sometimes stretching to a 8-hour drive.
To summarise, this was an exceptional and appreciated experience from start to finish.

We bought our tour with the Singapore office. Ugyen, the tour coordinator, was very attentive and quick in responding to our needs and requests via email and on-site. She assisted us in our flight check-in, and the whole trip was hassle-free.
Our tour guide was Mr Yongko Dorji. His knowledge is excellent and really made our trip enjoyable and memorable. He was super caring and attentive. During the trek to the Tiger Nest, he carried bottles of water to ensure we were hydrated and carried bags for my elderly brother. (I didn't see any guide carrying bottled water for their traveller when trekking up).
Our driver was Sigay Dorji. He is an experienced driver. When he heard one of the members was having motion sickness, he slowed down his speed.
Over all we like to thank Ugyen, Yongko and Sigay for the fantastic and memorable experience. Yongko has really made us as part of the family during our visit. We will certainly recommend Soultrip to our friends.

Tshering was an amazing guide from start to end of our trip. He is very knowledgeable about all of the sites we visit and was very patient and open in sharing all of his knowledge with us. He was very patient in constantly checking if we were alright, if the food was to our liking or if we had any preferences or requests on our activities, and very open and entertaining in sharing all the other aspects of the language and culture that we were curious about. He took good care of us during our hike and reminded us to take in the sights of Bhutan and appreciate the beauty of our surroundings, while also challenging us to complete the hike quickly.
Lhakpa was also a very hospitable driver and enjoyed sharing his own stories with us, but also took the time and effort to check if we were settled in at the end of every day, and upon seeing how much we offered the Bhutanese wine and chilli, was also very generous in offering us some of his own.
Tshering and Lhakpa truly made our trip to Bhutan a very very pleasant and unforgettable experience and we were fortunate to have them as our guide and driver for our trip.

From the first moment of chatting with Sanguy Dorji to build our program I felt that I'm talking with a professional and knowledgable tour operator. He knew to build the program that most matches my expectations.
The guide, Chencho Lham, and the driver, Tshering Wangchu, were very professional and they worked as very well orchestrated team.
I've got the most personal care ftom both of them. Chencho provided me very interesting explanations on the culture and the history of Bhutan and Buddhism, she cared for the best seats on the Paro festival. Wangchu drove the roads carefully and safely.
Both are also great photographers, so I have plenty of great photos of myself.
On my first day I've heard about thongdrel exposure at the night, Chencho and Tshering offered to come at 2am to pick me up to that event!
We also did much more tgan planned and actually my day was very busy.
We ate in traditional places excellent and safe food.
So, I recommend this agency and its emplyees very much!

My trip to Bhutan was exceptional. I'm glad I chose Druk Asia, through its subsidiary Soul Trips, for the entire duration of my stay. From the moment I began contemplating a visit to Bhutan until my departure from Paro Airport, the level of service I received was unparalleled. The hospitality and attention to detail shown by Sangay—who usually handles bookings—my tour guide, Ngawang, and my driver, Sonam, truly raised the bar for how touring should be done. Thank you for making my sojourn a soulful one. Kadrinchey.

A wonderful trip, perfectly organised by the office staff, with a guide and driver who were always available, attentive and ready to satisfy our every request. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

I would like to sincerely commend both my guide, Yeshi, and our driver, also Yeshi, for their outstanding efforts and warm hospitality during my recent trip to Bhutan in April 2025. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our journey truly unforgettable.
The hotels we stayed in were above average in quality, offering comfort and a peaceful ambiance. Every request we made was promptly attended to with genuine care. Although it took us a little while to get used to the local cuisine, we eventually grew to love it—every dish was a delightful introduction to Bhutanese flavors, rich in culture and taste.
Our guide, Yeshi, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. He continuously shared fascinating insights, stories, and fun facts during our sightseeing trips, which helped me learn so much about Bhutan's rich history, vibrant culture, and profound spirituality. His depth of knowledge was admirable, and I was touched to learn that he is an experienced trekker who has been with the company for 12 years. His dedication truly shines through every word he shares.
Our driver, Yeshi, brought joy and laughter throughout the journey. From opening car doors with a smile to handling our luggage with care, he made sure we felt safe and well looked after at every turn. He took immense pride in his role, and his cheerful energy added so much fun and warmth to our days.
The dynamic between both Yeshi(s) was truly special. On one hand, we had a seasoned, wise guide who filled our minds with knowledge, and on the other, a playful, lighthearted companion who kept our spirits high. Together, they created the perfect balance of learning and laughter, making the trip both enriching and deeply enjoyable.
One of the most heartfelt moments of the trip was the hike to Tiger's Nest. I must deeply commend both of them for their extraordinary patience, kindness, and support towards my 68-year-old mother. They helped her every step of the way—offering encouraging words, taking frequent breaks, supporting her by the elbow, cracking jokes, and even singing songs to lift her spirits. Despite her weak knees and slow pace, they never once rushed her, and because of their loving encouragement, she was able to complete the entire 8-hour hike. Watching them care for her so sincerely brought tears to my eyes—I’ll always hold that memory close to my heart.
Words cannot express how thankful I am to both of them for making this journey so meaningful and unforgettable. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for creating such beautiful, lasting memories. This is, without a doubt, one of the best trips of my entire life.
Because of the two Yeshis, I’ve fallen completely in love with Bhutan—its culture, its people, its faith, and its spirit. I’ve promised myself that I will return to explore more of this magical country.
Now, I fully understand why Bhutan is ranked as the happiest country in the world. I felt that happiness every single day of my trip—thanks to both of you.

Druk Asia provides timely and excellent service in allowing me customising the itinerary to what I like. Sonam never fails to give me a good and fast response. I was even allowed to choose my own guide. When I was in Bhutan, Tsewang Dema gave me a very warm welcome and she really provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable in the history and culture and took very good care of me throughout the trip. Her encouraging words helped me to hike through the mountains when I felt like giving up. Also during the festival, she continued to take care of me when it was raining, making sure that I have a good view of the festival.
Never felt so welcoming by a stranger whom I met for the first time. Certainly will highly recommend Dema as the guide to go to in Bhutan trip. Will go back to the beautiful country again, with Dema again.

From beginning to end, every aspect of the tour was excellent and it more than lived up to my expectations. Our guide and driver were exceptional and are definitely worth 6 stars. (Chencho Lham and Tshering Dorji). I was really pleased that I finally had the chance to experience Bhutan… temples, fortresses and a festival and private homes. Kadenchey.

Everything about this trip was amazing. The Singapore booking team in Sonam was extremely prompt in response and helpful. I love that a generic itinerary is provided but that you can totally adapt it to suit your needs and interests.
Once in Bhutan, literally everything is taken care of - no additional payments needed (not even for coffees) and no major decisions - so you truly can enjoy being in this beautiful and happy country.
We had the best guide in Tepe and driver in Kelsang who made the week so fun, informative and safe. They were extremely attentive and welcoming, and no request was too hard. In the time since booking, an unplanned surgery was required, but they easily adapted the itinerary for me while the others hiked. It's considerations like that that deserve five stars.

Peaceful, spectacular landscapes, excellent hospitality, delicious food, precious travel mate, high quality fabrics ❤️❤️❤️
our group were hosted by Dorji Wangchuk as tour guide and Uncle Sigye as our pilot /driver, they made our stay very pleasant. Dorji very accommodating to our request and he also took the initiative to give suggestions to our itinerary, he paid close attention to every little detail to ensure our comfort throughout our time in Bhutan.
If you visit Punakha, don’t miss the fantastic rafting experience and a stay at Dharma Siddhi Punakha Hotel — offering breathtaking views of the Punakha Dzong monastery, exceptional service, and Michelin-quality cuisine.

Bhutan has always been on my bucket list. And Drukasia, with their amazing guide and driver, made it special and unforgettable!
Ugyen was the perfect guide. He was knowledgeable about Bhutan’s rich culture, religion and history. He was funny, entertaining and even sang well to ease my motion sickness. He was also exceptionally knowledgeable about flora and fauna of his country and could spot birds miles away in a moving car ! He made effort to spot the last few black neck cranes at the tail end of the season. He was kind and flexible, and adjusted our schedule when some of us fell ill. Thanks to his encouragement and care, I managed to reach Tiger's Nest despite not feeling my best. On top of all these, he was an excellent personal photographer and a great life coach !
Our driver Jigme was a superb driver navigating the tough terrains and keeping us safe and sound. He could anticipate my needs by looking at my eyes in the rear mirror !
Both are them worked wonderfully together as a team - kind , courteous, attentive and always going the extra mile to cater to our wants and needs. They carried our bags , our sumptuous picnic lunch up in the mountains and the traditional dresses for the iconic shot at Tiger's Nest.
This trip wouldn’t have been the same without the care and warmth shown by Uygen and Jigme. Thank you both for making it such a memorable experience! I wish you and your family the best always !

My experience with Soultrip was amazing, Dorji is a nice person, so helpful and friendly, and so is Sonam. The only thing that I've noted was the soultrip didn't remind me about the zigzag road, maybe it would have been more convenient if the traveller was reminded to bring some candies or sour things and mint aromatherapy or something similar to avoid the dizziness. Beside that.. everything is perfect for me, Soultrip, will see you in the next trip.

Everything was well managed. The trip was very smooth. Our guide Sangay really takes care of us, from the pick up, during our trek and even shopping.

I had an amazing trip to Bhutan from start to finish. I spent 5 days there. My guide Yeshi was very knowledgeable and I doubt there was any historical or cultural question I had that he could not answer. If anyone plans on hiking, I can recommend him highly. We did the hike to the Tigers Den temple, can take between 4-6h and we did in like 2h ( I choose the pace). Yeshi did not even break a sweat, and I was dead haha! So worth it though!
My driver, Lhakpa, was super friendly and social. I believe he knows every single person in Bhutan. If you want to go somewhere and try like unique food or spa, he knows everyone and all the best places. Trust in his judgement it was very worth it.
From start to finish, I had the best time and even though the days were planned for me, I could, at any moment, adjust and ask for changes.
Bhutan is such a beautiful country to see as well.

Took all the pressure and uncertainty away from the trip, organising visas, travel, guide and driver. Also showed considerable flexibility when adapting the schedule to my preferences. My guide, Teemu, was wonderful in helping rescue some personal belongings that I had left in one of the hotels, as well as getting me priority treatment at Paro hospital when I developed a cough.

Thank you so much for arranging a really lovely private tour. Very detailed information given to us prior to the set off made the preparations easier, especially for people who have little time to do detailed research.
The pace of the tour was just nice, not too packed, not uneventful. There was care to spread it out so that it wasn’t 2 similar things back to back. This helps in our appreciation, and also takes into consideration that physical fitness of the travellers.
Our guide Yeshey Dema was so lovely, knowledgeable and gave us space to also take pictures or interact with the environment. She managed our expectations about what to carry from day to day or even what to wear. It was also useful to know how long we would take to climb up to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, which is the crown jewel of the trip. Our driver, PG, was attentive, always anticipating if we needed help with making it up a slope or offering to help us with bags or a forgotten jacket left at a restaurant. Truly the hospitality of the Bhutanese is unmatched! Our guide took us to a local home for lunch one day. It was the best meal of the trip, prepared by the host and her parents. The wind at the farm/hillside was also unexpectedly strong. It was quite a thrill to walk along irrigated farmland to get to the house. What an experience! The host markets her homestay on TikTok.
I would say some things for travellers to perhaps understand is a Bhutanese meal for tourist tends to be a buffet. In this spread of about 5-7 dishes, only 1 dish might/will be a meat dish. If you are a meat eater, you may need to be prepared for this.
And when choosing accommodation, it would be great to have more pictures or videos of the various hotels to pick. The one we stayed at in Punakha made an impression on me: Dharma Siddhi. Again, very personalised, very quaint place, big rooms, lovey mountain location which gives you a fantastic view of the fortress esp at night. They even lent us a spare SIM card when our internet connection was less than stable with e-SIM.
Also, while Druk Air is the national carrier, and the pilots very skilful, it’s good to know that the plane is a small one. This could be one of the reasons why you would always experience at least some turbulence when landing at Paro Airport.
I managed to do whatever I wanted to for a week’s itinerary, except maybe the rafting down Mochu, the Mother River at Punakha. Bring extra clothes if you’re doing that cos it’s quite irresistible to jump in. But when you get out of the water, it will be cold. The wind will make sure of that!
