I ordered a lovely tambourine from this company as a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I then had an email stating that this particular tambourine was out of stock. They were expecting more but did not know when they would arrive. I told them I didn’t need it until Christmas so imagine my surprise when it arrived long before the end of November. Well done DrumStick.

Drumshack does exactly what it promises….well!

Failed to tell me the ordered item would be delayed at point of purchase. Token £10 reduction in price but item took 2 weeks not 2 days as expected when ordered. 2 alleged DPD deliveries caused me to question if this was a scam and company did nothing to reassure me and to ensure I received the items paid for. Customer service vanished when needed. Will buy elsewhere.

With a large stock of drums and hardware and the chance to hear what you are buying. Also they carry out repairs. One of the last stores you can visit in London. My second visit to the shop. Traded some cymbals for other cymbals and a stands case. All staff very friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I wanted, I'm very happy to recommend their store.

I was rung up after placing my order and told that there was a delay and that the item would not be in stock until the Monday and that it would be rushed to me on the Tuesday. When it hadn't arrived on the Tuesday, I felt extremely letdown as I had had to take my New piece of equipment to a rehearsal with no protective case. When it did not turn up on Wednesday either, I sent a very frustrated email asking when I would receive it. I was extremely annoyed when I received the replyto be told that I had been told something different with regards delivery to what was actually said on the phone to me - making out that rather than there be a delay it was my misinterpretation. Absolutely horrendous customer service to call your customer a liar!

First purchased a used snear drum from Drumshack very pleased with the drum well packaged. Also purchased a new hardware drum case packed well, all good I will definitely be buying from them again 👍
