Purchased drum kit and hardware pack from drumshack. Very pleased and impressed with customer service, staff very easy to deal with and I will be purchasing more products in due course.

On November 28th my husband ordered a Tama Iron Cobra hi-hat stand on the drum shack website as it was showing as being in stock, however on December 1st he was contacted to say that it wasn't actually in stock and the order would be delayed by up to 7 days. He was very disappointed in this as the hi-hat stand was a birthday gift bought alongside several other family members, so to hear of this delay when the item was showing in stock when he purchased it, meant that he had to turn up to a birthday meal without the gift that everyone had chipped in for! Pretty embarrassing to say the least. To make matters even worse, he contacted drum shack on December 10th after hearing nothing from them for 10 days after their initial call, to be told that his order wasn't going to arrive until possibly December 12th and that the 10% discount Lawrence had assured him would be made to his order to due the inconvenience caused, was no longer going to be honoured! At this point he cancelled his order. What a joke of a business these people are running! Can't even show the correct stock on their website, poor communication and terrible customer service. Would have given zero stars if I could. AVOID!!!!

I ordered a lovely tambourine from this company as a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I then had an email stating that this particular tambourine was out of stock. They were expecting more but did not know when they would arrive. I told them I didn’t need it until Christmas so imagine my surprise when it arrived long before the end of November. Well done DrumStick.
