Drum shack great. Terrible DPD delivery
Great service. Fast delivery and customer service despite some failing from DPD who were the currier. Dpd said they had missed us but actually never came to deliver. We were in and our property has cameras. No first delivery attempt made. Rectified artificially by drum shack but would recommend they don’t use dpd.

Drumshack were very helpful
Drumshack were very helpful from start to finish with getting a drum kit for my son. He wanted a specific kit which wasn't in stock and they were great at chasing the supplier and keeping me updated with expected delivery. Very kind and helpful thanks

Item not in stock..again!
Placed an order over the weekend and got the confirmation.
No despatch notification on Monday so got in contact earlier today.
The item I ordered was not in stock. No indication of this online and no communication that this was the case.
I've had to cancel my order and shop with a competitor.
This is the 2nd order I've placed that that the item hasn't been in stock.
I've seen other reviews that with online stock this seems to be a reoccurring thing.
Might be a good idea for Drumshack to look into this issue and get accurate stock levels for their online store. Preventing unhappy customers and bad reviews...
