Absolutely terrific and personal service - Drumshack called me at every stage of the kit purchase and the tracking provided was excellent and accurate. All goods arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this store!

Look after the small shop gems
Having seen the loss of some amazing small specialist drum shops over my playing years (DrumWright Woodley, Electro-Music Doncaster) was great to find DrumShack and deal again with folks that are genuinely passionate, really care, understand and respond to their customers rather than cold large corporates. Mark & John were brilliant in support of my needs, thank you!

Easy no hassle ordering and quick delivery
Easy no hassle ordering and quick accurate delivery. What more could you want! The drum kit was well packed as was the hardware and drum cases ordered. Delivery was in 3 parts but wasn't told this so there was a bit of confusion as to what was arriving when. However it all worked out well and the kit is excellent, good value for money and exactly as described. Would use again!
