Tama First Chair Replacemet.
Big Shout out fore Marco and Danny. Outstanding service helping me when my Tama Throne collapsed due to a faulty fitting that I discovered has now been replaced with new design. Had to buy a new seat which took 5 weeks to arrive but the alternative would have been 5/6 months just for the new part!
All back up and running. Great service. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Thanks for the good customer service
We really appreciated getting an email after we had placed the order to let us know that the item was not immediately in stock. You gave us a timeframe for when it would be available and suggested an alternative product that we could buy instead if we needed the item quickly. In this instance we weren't in a hurry, but sometimes this level of customer service really matters as we sometimes are in need of something quickly. As it turned out, it was actually in stock at your warehouse and we got it the next day anyway.

Tama Iron Cobra. I love it.
My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition, I am very happy with the product, best pedal I have owned (and thats a few!)- Tama Iron Cobra. I had the 200 version which is fantastic for the price, but this is the real McCoy. Superb bit of kit.

Great customer service from John
Ordered a full set of Yamaha Crosstown lightweight drum hardware, plus an additional cymbal stand. There was slight delay due to the additional stand (not Drumshacks fault at all, it was their supplier). John kept me informed all the way and gave me option to have some of the order shipped early. I chose to wait for everything to come together and John kept in constant touch with updates and expected delivery dates. Everything arrived as John had told me (a day earlier than initially aniticpated0. Arrived well packaged and the products are awesome. Thank you to Drumshack for excellent customer service and superb quality equipment.

My purchase started with a phone call, the guy I spoke to was really straightforward and helpful. I ordered the Roc n Soc Nitro drum throne which (incredibly)) arrived at 7:30 the next morning. Can’t say much fairer than that. Thanks. The drum throne is fantastic, so comfortable.

I really appreciate their customer service. I bought my kit from them online because I had previously had a good experience with them.
