The customer service is a complete scam. I’ve reached out several times regarding an order modification, and they have refused to assist me. I have tried to call them and they just have a voicemail answering. I don’t know any large company that operates this way. Do not buy directly from their website.

Bronzing drops are a joke. It just makes you orange like Trump.

This is a brand I can stand by. I've tried a lot of different skincare products and Drunk Elephant 🐘 has been by far the best for my skin type. It might not work for everyone's skin but I definitely think it's worth trying. Their products are clean and I love the packaging. They are a little pricey but I find a way to get what I need. Everything is pricey these days anyway. I highly recommend this brand.

Very nice products, but since the marked is full of equally nice products at this price, I can not bring myself to chose this brand, with their crazy amount of plastic. Every product is packed in hard cases of plastic, double the weight of the creme itself.
I will be back if they change into a responsable Company. With green packaging.

I'm not sure why there is is so much negative reviews on here for the brand? To the parents saying their kids are "targeted", social media has an algorithm so if your kid searches for the product it will pop up more and more and this goes for everyone. Kids influence kids and parent buy the product for kids who are too young to use the product in the first place, so its really them you should be upset at?

Anyway I have used multiple products from the brand over the past years and really like it. I do think its worth the price for the quality. I also like that they (not all, please do your research) are safe to use during pregnancy and actually effective. I recently had an issue with a products packaging failing and reached out to customer care and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and effective they were at helping. Kara
(who helped me) was super quick at responding to multiple emails and helping me resolve the problem. I really value good customer care and think its important for any company to retain customers and they really impressed me. Thank you Kara.

I think its worth to try a few of the products to find what works for you. Some will obviously work better then others for you personally but its worth the investment in your skin care especially if you do your research. I personally like the brand and think its one of the better ones on the market today.

DRUNK elephant is the worst ........................ when ur in ur 20s u will look like ur in ur 40s kids do not buy this

I have the Drunk Elephant Bronzing drops and first time I applied them I broke out in a terrible rash all over my face, neck and chest. This rash was red bumpy and quite angry looking. At first I didn't put it down to the drops so instead went makeup free until the rash cleared up. After rash cleared up I decided to test the drops and applied them to one of my arms only and guess what, next day arm covered in the same red bumpy angry rash. What the hell are in their products. I've since seen heaps of other people complain about the same issue,

Protini squirt bottle SUCKS! The serum itself is pretty good, although the bottle it is packaged in causes VERY unnecessary waste of the product, as it leans more towards fast spraying when used rather than a nice pump out of the serum.

I'm sure Drunk Elephant products are excellent, they are all our children talk about. Our daughters are 10 & 12 and being targetted by influencers probably being hired by companies like yourselves. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but IMO it's disgracefull you are targetting young girls in this manner. Shame!!!

I have purchased quite a few of their products. I have quite a few favourites so far everything I have tried has been amazing. I was originally given a few samples in a store and they were absolutely fantastic. I had to go onto purchase them , service is always amazing. I highly recommend their products 

loveeee this so much the only problem is the money 56 quid for the lala retro my fav product but i under stand because of whats in it some of there stuff is cheap but i think they should lower it just a little bit

Rubbish customer service. Placed an order and it defaulted to my old address. My fault okay but I emailed them straight away. They took ages to get back to me then stated there was nothing they could do and I needed to speak to their carrier! The tracking they sent didn’t work so I had to ask for it several times. Never got it changed and luckily it wasn’t stolen from being left outside my old house.

£65 order and they couldn’t give too hoots. Never again

Horrible service. Item came damaged and they demanded the leaking item to be returned after picture proof and the agents are just rude. Shop anywhere else.

Very slow customer service. Item arrived faulty and getting a resolution was too convoluted. Not happy with my experience.

Amazing product, I bought the retinal and have seen results. A pea size amount daily, which applies on easily is all I need. The feel and smell of the cream is pleasant and would recommend it. Will purchase again, very good value.

Customer service is disgraceful. Items purchased for the first time and faulty. Rather than sending a replacement. As the customer they wanted me to fill in spreadsheets on the products issues, asked me to send them back and told me unable to replace the products. But l would have to wait for a refund and then order them again. Terrible service for faulty products. Won’t be buying from them again !!!

I love the products i have bought from this company which were: lip balm, b-hydra, and tangle spray. These products were awesome, despite my hair tangle spray, because it smelt off. These products are overpriced a bit but i still love them. People give too much hate but i do not know for certain abt. rashes, acne, etc. So this is my opinion.

My daughter has been bragging me for this lala retro cream it is so not worth the money the packaging is lovely and its £55 or more and i thought it was a rip of it made me and my daughter break and and the bronzing drops gave me a rash! not happy!!! Also there products are NOT suitable for young humans as my daughter has shown me videos of a little girl using these products.Absolutley disgracful!!

My daughter let me know that she wanted a fairly expensive product from this company. I went online and submitted all of my contact information as requested to receive a discount on my first order. They refused to send me the discount code saying it would take them several days to process the discount. I contacted via live chat hoping to resolve the issue and they said they had no ability to send me the discount code. Then they terminated the chat immediately.
