The night cream with the light green colored cover is just okish, while the vivid pink-colored night serum(AHA&BHA) is so good, it healed my breakout in no time!!!!

I love drunk elephant products! Some products are not for everyone and you should do the research before you try each one to see if it's right for your skin type. But so far, the B-hydra serum and the tinted bronzi cream has been great.

This skincare is not only incredible as is, but it saved my skin after a bad experience with another line. It took my rash away, brightened my skin, and overall leaves my skin moisturized and feeling amazing. I started with a few products and now I own about 8 or 9. The protini is so wonderful that it feels more like a serum than a moisturizer, therefore not thick and gloppy at all. The vitamin C serum has helped my bits of rosacea along with the rash I was left with after the last products. And the face mask with the pink lid is a must-buy. I only use it about twice a month and my skin feels better than a $120 trip to the esthetician. Overall, I’m addicted for life and can’t recommend highly enough.

Purchase the face oil and liked the results but wouldn't say its a must have. Shipping was okay, a bit longer than usual but I'm happy to wait given the pandemic and all.

Average product at premium price is not worth it the usual clarins worked a lot better this is nothing but hype

This is my absolute HOLY GRAIL of skincare. The whole line is a new way of doing skincare & mixing different products from the line together to streamline/make your routine much easier & also much more effective. Tiffany Masterson is the stay at home mom behind the brand, she developed the line because her family had eczema and other skin issues. She dived into the skincare world & found the Suspicious Six ingredients that didn't seem to help anyone's skin, in fact they all led to one issue or another. This also falls in line with the clean ingredients skincare route that alot of brands are choosing. When the products have less ingredients, like DE products, they give better results & can help pinpoint your skins exact needs.
If you're looking for a new way of getting your skin back to it's former glowy, supple, moisturized, acne free version of itself, this could be your best friend!! I absolutely love everything from this brand. It is more expensive but literally, I use 2 drops/pumps of their serums & creams per use! Shocking how fabulous great products can make such a huge difference in such a short amount of time!

I literally use all their products but this review is solely about their customer service. I received one of their merchandise items as a gift and had an issue with it and with no questions asked I got a free label to send my item back and I’ve already received a new one. Suzy was the lovely woman who helped me customer service and was so great and quick to respond and answer all my questions. I also love that I had her reach out to me personally to ask if I received the item. With such a huge company I was expecting to hear from somebody else

Lala cream is so good to me. I absolutely love the formula and the packaging. The cream feels very rich, the texture is the best than other cream I have ever use. My skin feels so moisturized!!

Okay, I’m a huge DE fan. I have been for years. I’m in the UK so I’d either stock up when I was in the US or order from Sephora online and have stuff shipped here. When Sephora stopped shipping to the UK and I didn’t have a US trip planned for a few months, a friend of mine in Illinois offered to post a box over if I ordered it to her address. I ordered a huge stash from DE.com (with a much appreciated welcome discount code) and had it shipped to her. Sadly, my package got delayed/presumed lost, so I emailed DE on the off chance it had been returned to them. They were unbelievably kind and worked hard to try and track down my package. When they couldn’t, they incredibly sweetly sent me a package of deluxe sample products to keep me going until my package arrived. It wasn’t even their fault it had gotten lost and they went above and beyond to help out. Eventually my package showed up (crammed with a bunch of extra samples as that’s what they do) and has since launched in the UK. I’m a customer for life.

DE has definitely the best customer friendly service. I had bad experience with functioning of bottle of their C-Firma serum which I purchased from cultbeauty.com and Drunk Elephant has sent me a new one despite Cult Beauty refused to make it.

Very poor customer service, I ordered quite a number of different products from them and was excited to try them out for the first time and was anticipating my package to be delivered. Come to find out it was order at the wrong place, and I understand mistakes happen so I was willing to work with them. They said they will send me a new one but we’re barely apologetic and seemed like them didn’t want to make things right or appreciated me as a customer. They also said they would send it next week with 2 day shipping but I am having to wait another week. So I have have to wait over 2 weeks. Very disappointed with the level of customer service.

I realised I'd made a mistake with an order and emailed customer service. i got a response within 10 minutes and the problem was sorted in 20. Super quick, friendly and helpful. Really impressed.
